Losing the Doctor and hard rebooting the character into some inexperienced Doctor fighting against the world also just feels wrong.

The episodes in each tier are just in the order they aired, I wasn't ranking within tiers. The one thing I was surprised about is that Jodie's episodes seem to inspire less hate now, maybe it's just the distance from them now.
