As for The Three Doctors, the gist of the story is Omega went through the black hole and was presumed dead - extended universe implies Rassilon sabotaged his experiments to make it deliberate. In the anti-matter realm in the black hole he has gone insane in his isolation and feeling of being abandoned. The crux of the issue Omega (who no longer has a physical form) has is he cannot escape the anti-matter realm without releasing the god-like control he has over it, yet by doing so the realm will collapse in out itself before he can escape.

I have a question for anyone who has been here for a long time. I wasn't paying attention to Doctor Who at all during Capaldi's time, I only got around to watching it recently. Was it a common fan theory that the Doctor was supposed to actually die in The Doctor Falls and for Missy to take up the mantle? So much of that final season and that episode in particular really seem to be moving in that direction, only for the Doctor to be magically revived and for Missy's arc to end up a little meaningless. Surely it had to have been on the cards at some point and someone talked Moffat out of it.
I dunno I'm just curious if other people got that vibe. The amount of times I see people say Doctor Who ends at The Doctor Falls is unreal, and it did sincerely feel like it was meant to be an ending. Frankly I'd have loved to see Missy attempt to live up to the Doctor's ideals for a season, and they probably could have bullshitted some way to bring the Doctor back if it proved unpopular. Maybe Moffat would have gone that way if he stayed as showrunner but chose not to in the end

Dark Eyes had a few good moments, I like the first story of Dark Eyes 2 where he infiltrates the robotisation plant for instance and the final story of Dark Eyes 4 is very depressing and sad that it makes me wish Molly had a better ending or had stuck around. Most of Dark Eyes is just straight up boring. Nothing really happens in it. The Master doesn't show up until the end of Dark Eyes 2 and then he's there all throughout Dark Eyes 3 but nothing happens in that entire boxset, it's extremely dull.

He goes to see Romana to ask her if she remembers what happened, she doesn't, so the two (along with K9) go to Cambridge to see what's going on. Then the events mostly play out the same as the Tom Baker reconstructed version.

Then the DALEK would have chosen the name Susan. Then Susan would have infected the Dalek collective with his gay individuality and all of the Daleks would have put on an elaborate spinny Bollywood number before exploding. And then Susan would become his new K9 companion. His beat-boxing companion that would sometimes play show tunes for everybody to stop the show and dance to.
