I honestly kind of wish I could go back to Pleddit, any account I make is usually instantly banned or shadowbanned for ban evasion. I miss the handful of subreddits that were actually fun and comfy. Then on the other hand people on Riddit are somehow even more retarded than here and good subs always reach a point where it gets taken over by either normies who miss the point or some kind of annoying political movement.

It's just insane how minor infractions result in being permanently banned. I made a throwaway comment in a subreddit devoted to a video game about how there should be a final solution to the console players of the game (compared to PC players). Mods said I was making fun of the Holocaust. lmao jfc

I tried using reddit when Anon Babble was down. I thought you guys were overreacting about how bad it was, but no it's awful. Every single post on the front page is about Trump or incels or some awful webcomic. They all talk in that annoying reddit was too, all of them. I genuinely could not browse there for more than 20 minutes without wanting to punch through my screen it was so unbearable.

It was very eye opening to browse all of those places and see what kinds of posters/what boards people were from who care about chan culture and migrated to other altchans compared to the people who just want to shitpost and went straight to reddit/twitter etc for their dopamine fixes.
