How was one very good but the other was just straight up garbage.
How was one very good but the other was just straight up garbage
I WILL EAT EVERYBODY WHO HAS EATEN
they were both bad.
Civil war has its moment tho.
SEND THOSE MUZZIES PUT FIRST SK THEY GET BLOWED UP FIRST FUCK YEAH MURRICAH ROCK OUT WITH YOUR IED OUT GET SOME HOORAH
He should stick to zombie movies.
Idk I think both were great, Warfare seemed like it struggled with what said but it kind of feels like it knows perfectly well how fucking evil the actions of the Americans were, I even feel like they made the entire story an allegory of America's invasion i.e. "enter illegaly, detain civillians and pretty much use them for cover, drop the ball, destroy the house, then leave without apologizing".
he had actual dudes who were there for bottom, a lot of ex military consultants. Top was just pure cringe.
One's a leftytwat fantasy and the other is just what some blokes did in Iraq shown in a very unceremonious manner.
concept for civil war was good but shit execution
had two good moments filled with comically retarded bullshit
warfare was actually entertaining and didn’t bog itself down with bullshit
only a24 movie I’ve seen that didn’t feel like the trailer was better than the movie itself
They were both good. Civil War a little better as a movie but less conceptually solid. People shitting on these need to have their heads examined.
one had Cailee Spaeny's big butt, the other was a sausage fest
lol civil war is mediocre, didn’t see the other
Compared to what. Be specific.
Civil War = 8/10
Warfare = 3/10
do guntards find other guntards insufferable?
All these spec-ops movies show is how stupid these meatheads are, despite having the most elite military training in the world. They alert an entire enemy neighborhood to their presence by knocking a wall down with a fucking sledgehammer. Then they decide to egress from the building under heavy enemy attack by WALKING OUT THE FUCKING FRONT DOOR, when they should have known that all the enemy guns and potential IEDs would be concentrated on that location. And whaddya fucking know, several of them get blown up and they get their shit pushed in by dudes running around in sandals with rusty AKs. I mean, how retarded do you have to be?
yes
Who is the audience for these movies?
Navy seals are pretty retarded
imo
Delta/1stSOF >>> (Power Gap) > Rangers/Airbourne, MARSOC > Coast Guard interdiction special forces > US DoE > Seals > Your Local SWAT team
milsim autist here: you can tell when they base their whole personality around it. the rest are chill. but i guess thats the general concensus for any hobby.
top is unironically for liberals to jerk off to to say we are right, Orange Man Bad
bottom is young dudes who like war movies
top is unironically for liberals to jerk off to to say we are right, Orange Man Bad
You completely misunderstood that movie.
how so? the entire premise is that Orange Man is authoritarian bad guy, President = Orange Man, country is in chaos like the Summer of Love. It's literal leftist jerk off porn. The action scenes are slop and written by a Brit.
The movie is about photography and the role of art and journalism in times of war.
I have zero military or tactical training, and even I was yelling at my TV: "Why the fuck are they casually walking out the front door?!?!" They should have told the tank to meet them the street behind them, obfuscate by throwing smoke grenades in the front, with a bit of supressing fire, then egressing out the back. You are fucked either way, but the absolute worst choice is to just walk out into the open in the front of the house near the street. I mean, what the literal fuck. Almost as dumb as letting the kid go in Lone Survivor, when they should have taken both the kid and the old man to the rendezvous point and then let them go as they hopped on the chopper. Nope, let's let the kid run down the mountain and alert everyone while we meander back with no sense or urgency.
exactly, leftist propaganda porn
Lone Survivor
also fake.
Luttrell was found with full magazine load out, he had not even fired his weapon much at all if any, he cried hearing them scream. They were asking for his help and he hid behind a tree somewhere. You can find the video online, it wasn't 100 Taliban it was like a small squad of 5-8 guys with a PKM and an RPG. They got rekt because Seals are tards.
Most blatant propaganda film I've ever seen.
That's why it's so hard to talk about these things: it seems you're one of the people who saw the title and immediately made their opinion without even seeing the movie, then you watched the movie without any intent of changing the opinion so you were just looking for things to confirm it, then if someone points out you've misread it you just reframe their argument to, once again, confirm your initial opinion.
Lmaooo
I don't doubt it. One thing is sure watching all these podcasts of these ex Seals, is that about 80% of them are insufferable fucktards. The ones that were legit stay off the internet.
It isn't hard to see how coded movies are by ((Hollywood)) man, just use your brain, it can be subliminal or blatant (i.e. Orange Man is the President)
That and there 100% was no kids.
The Navy ABSOLUTELY made that element up to explain how their mission was compromised and to do it in a way that makes them seem virtuous for not killing kids, instead of the reality that they’re morons who had the chopper drop them off basically right next to the village which meant the ragheads knew they were in the area the moment their boots hit the ground.
Enjoy your Palantir surveillance, cuckservative cum guzzler.
I'd rather be surveilled in America than not surveilled in Mexico, libtard
They'll put you on a list of political extremists and eventually cash in on it. But keep slurping that orange juice.
civil war wins
I’m so confused. How did the guys in Warfare see the Pump It Up video from The Substance decades before it was released? Time travel just seems so unrealistic for a war movie.
are you series?
Wins what? Casting the ugliest thing in the history of cinema?
people who hate on warfare are smoothbrain
warfare had no political message. it was simply a film depicting modern soldiers in a real life situation. it's tense and chaotic, and the characters are afraid and full of adrenaline. it has nothing to say about the actual conflict directly because that wasn't the reason the movie was made
only good part of civil war is the attack on the white house. warfare was more watchable I suppose
then leave without apologizing
They got a reimbursement slip
From the trailer I thought this girl was like 13 until I actually saw the movie and her entire enormous dump truck stole the screen.
lol if you think they need a database of all americans to fucking deport people you useful idiot
Civil War was great. Sadly chuds are unable to watch it without projecting their political obsessions on it so it never got the praise it deserved on here.
warfare had no political message
It had a silly american veteran worship bit at the end credits, outside of that it was pretty neutral.
"worship" it was just people in a situation. They werent even portrayed as heros. It was just "dudes in this point in time at this location" thats it.
I think a lot of people are neglecting the fact that Warfare was only co-directed/co-written by Garland, he also has an actual War Vet write/direct the movie after he worked as a military supervisor on Civil War and Warfare is based on his own time in the Army/fighting overseas. I think this shows in the writing where Warfare was a lot more straight to the point and Civil War tried to do too much with the themes/plot and thats what Garland always does and his movies suffer pretty bad as a result.
