No. He's fucking boring. The entire conflict that's implied (or outright stated) in the OT gets glossed over. His agency is minimized. The only character from the OT handled worse is Anakin himself.
Obi is the most nuanced character in the prequels period. He is constantly torn between the rigid teachings of the Jedi Council and the his eccentric master. I don’t know how anybody can come away with the opinion that Obi Wan is done dirty.
