This was the 1940's. Bombs were not some sort of pinpoint accurate thing, retard. That's why they needed hundreds of bombers to drop thousands of bombs onto cities. That's why paratroopers would get scattered in the wind. And for the rest of your history lesson, 90% of the beach landings went off perfectly without a hitch or resistance. But you wouldn't know that since you're an ignorant moron trying to second guess people way smarter and braver than you.
