In retrospect, Zombieland was a more realistic take on the zombie apocalypse than The Walking Dead.

Walking Dead is the basic take
Zombieland is the good take
Z Nation is the perfect take

OMEGA MAN
is the perfect take just ask antyone who lives in an area that suddenly filled with jeets

Two guys meet a couple of girls

Don't immediately rape them

Not realistic at all.

Anyone seen the sequel? I forgot it was a thing.

i remember some people cooming over zoey deutsch, who's not as hot as her mom
i liked it. it got memoryholed and a fair amount of shit, but i think it works just cause it feels like it literally came from 2009. maybe that's a bad thing, but it's weird to see a movie where the humor is retarded late 00s jokes. it's a fun 90 minutes like the original

love the intro

I disagree. In TWD, 99 out of 100 characters are either psychotic, psychopathic, or as dumb as the fucking zombies.
After the last several years observing real life, I'd say that's pretty realistic.

I love the opening scenes of Romero's Dawn. It definitely felt very realistic. You have this very fucked up event, but most people are just acting like it's something they can work past, and don't even want to humor the idea that society is imminently collapsing.

zombie apocalypse in U.S.A makes no sense.. unless they were fast zombies, there's so many guns it'd be contained quickly

>Two guys meet a couple of girls

in an area that suddenly filled with jeets

so the only thing stopping you from raping girls is the law? way to tell yourself

zombie apocalypse in U.S.A makes no sense

Expain what's going on now there if its not a brain disease

What exactly was unrealistic about The Walking Dead?

so the only thing stopping you from raping girls is the law?

Its a do not redeem thing.

civilization and politics are a fickle thing but shooting zombies in the head with guns is something so simple even an American could do it.
it's like the end of Night of the Living Dead, a bunch of country bumpkins contain the zombies easily after they learn to shoot them in the head

I prefer the remake actually

The first thing modern rural america would do is brew meth shoot dem libs and then work their way throught racial groups and the literate and any religion that was not televangalism

uhuh

stop reading so much shit on the internet

Country bumpkins have almost all the guns.
The rat people crammed into their tight spaces in the cities don't have shit either because of their tyrannical leaders unconstitutionally banning them, or they're heavily socially stigmatized to the point that you'll be ostracized if you tell any of your friends that you own one.
Millions of people crammed into a concrete cage with no weapons to defend themselves. Of course a zombie invasion could easily happen in the US.

makes a bit more sense with circumstance like Walking Dead where everyone that dies turns

lol

dead rising is the only accurate portrayal of a zombie apocalypse because everyone itt would raid shopping malls/outlets and wear womens clothes and mega man cosplay all day

In TWD the vast majority of people die to a contagious disease and the same disease makes them zombies after they die. What doesn't make sense in TWD is having any kind of scarcity when that many people die out. There are more guns than people in America, and the zombies would be little threat to them as everyone would have no trouble being armed to the teeth. Goyslop with no expiration dates would also be plentiful with how fast people died out. And society probably rebuilds fast from the survivors or just never devolves to what it did in TWD with some sort of military dictatorship making easy work of things.

Some onions lord is raiding the lego factory in the apocalypse and making a life sized lego house or some shit.

personally id go somewhere quiet and completely empty to be left alone
like a video game store's PS5 game section

It's alright, not as good as the first one, obviously.

Zombies in US is just silly because they would be rekt so fast, every household has like at least 5 guns minimum and 1000+ rounds of ammo. Everyone I know has like 10k+ rounds of ammo and 5-7 rifles, shotguns, etc.

Its bad but i expected it to be much worse

What an amazing and unique insight

So? most zombies can't even be killed by guns. They had to nerf zombies so losers like you could have a chance

most zombies can't even be killed by guns

so blowing their head off and body in half with Buckshot wouldn't work? tf are you on about.

they're heavily socially stigmatized to the point that you'll be ostracized if you tell any of your friends that you own one.

Has this site rotted your brain to the point where you actually believe this? I live in San Diego. About half my friends growing up were Navy brats and their dads owned rifles. I have a zoomer friend who lives in Sacramento. He told our (primarily libshit zoomer) group that he bought a handgun. No one cared and we still talk to him every day.

90% of liberals will regard you owning a gun as "oh, huh" and then move on. At worst, they'll cite annoying stats at you and be passive aggressive. But the idea that guns are so stigmatized in American cities (where half of mexicans and blacks illegally own them anyways lol) that people will completely drop you as a friend if you purchase one is terminally online brainrot.

The law is the only thing keeping most people decent.

How the hell does someone like you end up on fucking Anon Babble? You sound like a 60 year old democrat voter on facebook

There's even a large segment of pro-gun owning libs. Pro-gun ownership or at least gun dgaf is pretty ubiquitous

It's definitely not a "large" segment, they are absolutely the exception to the rule.

Maybe it's just me living in Norcal, but I see it pretty commonly even among white libs.

Never watched Walking Dead.
Think I sat through one episode and it felt like a daytime soap opera. Every clip or scene I've seen that everyone walked about being so cool, so scary, etc, just felt like high school theater kid bullshit.
Guy meets cute girl roughtly his age, his race, when near everyone else in the world is dead and she needs a protector - it'd be next to impossible not to get laid out of that.

depends, i live in norcal near the bay area and guns are fetishized here as bad boy rebel shit while they take gay little vacations in the woods to shoot at cans. keep in mind we got a lot of mexicans though trying to act hard

Pretty spot on description of Walking Dead, especially after season 2 or so where it becomes increasing just about diversity people saying vague shit to each other. The cast becomes this weird freakshow of the people I'd least expect to survive in the apocalypse.

At least it actually gets acknowledged at one point.
