We're so back. Also best in the franchise

We're so back. Also best in the franchise

the ending was pretty funny I'll give it that

Im scared of trucks

Does the Spane needle blow up?

t. Seattleite

thats the toronto tower

totoro tower?

go see this in the movies

first time going to movies in ages

lady with family in row ahead of me starts asking people to move "uhm aktually those are our seats"

girl politely shows them where the numbers are, not their seats

Mother loses her shit, "youse a fookin cunt, youse a bitch go fucking fuck yourself"

Continues for 7 minutes

everyone telling her to shush

"don't tell me to fookin shush youre not me mum"

"youse need to not be such a cunt get a husband like me, it's why you have no husband cause youse a cunnnnt"

even her kid telling her to shut up

husband and kid embarrassingly drag her out when the theater employees come to deal with her

Two shows one price

bro check this out it's so good!

look inside

literal woke DEI garbage

fuck off

two shows one price

That's funny

it was aight. First half was better than second half and it started to drag towards the end. Downside of this one is it didnt have enough people i wanted to see die in horrible ways die and yet had just normal people die it horrible ways so it wasnt as fun. Also, less is more, the less crazy and realistic way of dying = much more terrible. Stepping on glass was the thing that got me most in this movie

I would say it's in the top 3. Just barely ahead of 5, imo.

You're mentally ill

Why did Iris keep that fucking penny AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH

The lead was repulsive looking.
I know people are lowering their standards but come on.

The lead was repulsive looking.

This. We are so not back at all. All the deaths are just cg cartoons too. Weak shit

It was only 25% woke, which is a breath of fresh air compared to the usual 100%.

6 > 5 > 2 > 1 > 3

Reminder that early drafts involved emergency workers and the disaster would have been meltdown at a nuclear power plant

well thankfully they made an entirely different movie, somebody who "got" the franchise obviously read the scripts and intervened
it's a good thing

This shit has been packed every time I’ve checked AMC seating, people are so insanely desperate for movies and reasons to go to the theater, can’t blame them. Surely hollywood will capitalize on this empty space.

Nonwhites fuck off back to hell

SAAR

Apparently that was in 1968 which totally shocked me. Looking at the cars and the way people dressed i thought it was the mid to late 50s at most. But in the late 60s this wouldn't have been that uncommon.

I don't understand why people liked 5 so much, the change of tone was awful and the gunfight between protagonists didn't felt like Final Destination

I like the one where Puta dies horribly

homewrecker.png - 2048x1152, 2.34M

But in the late 60s this wouldn't have been that uncommon.

looks 60s alright, 65-75 even; there was no great difference between the 40s and 50s

don't forget that most of what people consider "muh 1980s" were in fact 90s stuff... and what they consider "muh 1970s" were the 1980s

optimism, can't blame them

5

the gunfight

Sorry buddy but standards too high. Which is almost more of a fault on your end than theirs, what do you think this stupid shit is?

Mary Elizabeth makes an amazing final girl. I wish she had more of these roles before she got older.

We only really saw her like this in Death Proof and that Bomb Shelter movie

The ending is the same as the rest of the movies

We're finally safe.

No, wait!

Accident happens and everyone dies

The premise is the same too.

Someone has a premonition about a big accident that kills everyone

They save everyone, but then start dying in freak accidents.

At this point you could let ChatGPT come up with the premonition, accidents, and ending.

3 is the best, as it works perfectly as a standalone film, no need to know anything else to 'get' it
2 works fine until they introduce survivors of 1.
5 is cool but again loops to crash from 1.

The gymnastics death scene was great, easily the second best sequence after the tanning beds scene. The opening disaster was pretty damn good. The kill somebody to gain their lifetime was a nice addition to the lore and they brought back magic negro for the exposition of it. the twist at the end got everyone at the time. And FD4 simply set an abysmal standard.

Every successful horror franchise needs a magical negro. They're great at delivering exposition and shooting spooky looks at the characters. Plus you can reveal they have some convoluted backstory in one of the sequels then kill them off when you're really running out of ideas.

nah first movie is still the best

beginning with cute pregnat girl and 1950s-1960s decor

this movie is guaranteed to be 8/10 bro

rest of the movie featuring a disgusting pajeet-latina mystery meat mix, hags, liberals, soi galore, and smartphone action

NO

The beginning 60's segment was great. MRI death with piercings was freaky and the finale sequence was funny logs finally killed someone after being teased before. Overall the movie was enjoyable.

This the original also has the mystery aspect to it.

Whole franchise is pretty solid aside from that movie where they suddenly decided to do x-rays of deaths a-la later mortal kombat games.
