Not with the current tech, but maybe in 10-20 years if it keeps advancing. It still struggles a lot with making consistent characters and settings without glitches. The only thing I can really see it being useful for currently is streamlining CGI workflows for effects departments.

It's impossible to say for sure as a layperson, but I'm skeptical based on my understanding of the tech, and also seeing that many people who are heavily involved in AI are huckster types and socially maladjusted Indians who hype it up to an insane degree. AI image/video generation will probably be one of the slowest fields to improve because there is such a divide between the AI-tech world and the art/creative world. Most tech people think art is pretentious bullshit that their machines can easily improve upon, and this attitude results in them making a bunch of kitsch garbage tech demos that nobody with any taste would like. Porn is a potential use-case but at this point I don't think anyone in that industry is pouring a ton of investment money into something risky and contrary to their current business model.
