haven't seen it yet, but the flaws were there in the previous movie. The bad guy is really boring artificial intelligence that cruise already out smarted. it's a story that doesn't feel like it really justifies two parts.

some critic last week made a comparison of final reckoning to the rise of skywalker, in the sense it's a movie that sprints to the finish line, bombarding you with exposition and so many sets and different scenes you don't have enough time to really think about what's happening before a new development is taking place.
the only scene I really liked was when ethan finally found the russian submarine, had to collect the cartridge and escape from the rotating submarine, felt like a videogame cutscene that gets on your nerves, the rest of the action scenes went on for too long, in particular, the final scene with the biplanes between ethan vs gabriel was so ridiculous and exaggerated, I started laughing at the movie, it felt like a parody.
