People getting along and being friendly while discussing film and film related thing, actual funny posts, little to no bait posts, little to no trolling.
what qualifies for a good QOTD?
One that would spark discussion and several posts.

This post answers my QOTD, in a sense. Beyond mere film talk, creative (and surprisingly layered) shitposting is part of what makes these threads interesting, there's an almost artisanal element to it.

In your subjective opinion, what makes a good Anon Babble thread?
I don't think that it's really possible to answer. Bad Anon Babble threads are their own kind of good in how retarded they are. That being said, if I or another de-Bau-tee were able to seriously announce the release of Intermezzo (or even a sufficiently Bau-heavy Canto Due/Canto Tre), that Anon Babble thread would get my vote for GOAT. Not very likely, but a man can dream.

Same as above, really. As much as I enjoy something well-thought-out that inspires some insightful answers, clear joke questions have been among my favourites. The Bau stuff applies here, too, I guess.
