Step five: Follow both of them across the infinite breadth of all and time and space, making sure to collect all their Vindicator readings at each stop, something I deem essential to my plan. At last we arrive at step six, the final and simplest, most elegant step: find a baby from the 1600s that grants you infinite wishes. Ah, at last! My plan is complete: I’ll finally be able to create a wish world to be able to bring back Omega to be able to bring back Gallifrey to be able to bring back the time lords
