The thing that was really good about the first few seasons was the tension between Harmon and Roiland. When Harmon 'won' in the writers room there was still plenty of Roiland influence to keep it kicking after that.

Now it's a new set of writers trying to ape the earlier stuff, so we got a kind of 'fan fiction' version of the first few seasons, but it was still pretty good because it wasn't just ALL Harmon stuff.

The worst part is that it's now canon that rick likes summer more than morty. Which is fucking retarded and doesn't make sense. I really enjoyed fear hole though.
