babbys first revolution story
Babbys first revolution story
I liked the first season but the second one is like pulling teeth, so fucking boring. I finally dropped it 10 minutes into episode 6
everyone has to start somewhere, no shame in that
first arc is some bumfuck farmers know one cares about
second is some frenchfag colony
Didn’t even get to the other arcs, the show insists on itself way too hard to be worth engaging anymore than a passing glance of one’s time.
babbys first revolution story
I'm a trek babby though.
and yet, it went over your head chuddie
reminder, George Lucas hates chuds
I should like it but it just feels boring for some reason
but star wars theory a chud.
I just can't bring myself to give a shit about a prequel about the guy who dies so that the actual hero can save the day.
The actual hero meaning Rey Palpatine, of course.
Rey Skywalker*
Pure evil
I’m so sick of washed-out leftist monologuing
There needs to be colonization of the Western elite to make them engage with actually good literature
Ehrm, maybe we shouldn't make the story too good.
COVID-19 is behind me right now, isn't he?
Wowsa's! I better go get another booster vaccine!
Whats baby's second revolution story?
Nooooo
Pull through till episode 8, trust
Les Miserables in space
I'm down for it.
Hamilton
I respect his patrician WPNQ approach to romance though.
It’s disneys first attempt at a slow burn narrative and it shows. Theres subtext and proper theming if you look but you REALLY have to be a diehard starwarsfag to care.
And he is a non-white migrant
It's the SW version of das beeb's 1977 drama Secret Army, which was in turn based of the 80s WW2 documentary 'Allo 'Allo.
Are prequelfags mad because Disney made something better than the shit movies they spend more time defending than watching? Lol
There were stairs not 20 feet to the side IIRC? Just goes to show that merkins will do anything rather than use steps.
is it actually that good bros?
which was in turn based of the 80s WW2 documentary 'Allo 'Allo
Huh? A 1977 drama clearly wasn't based off an 80s series
You should watch it and see for yourself
Yes. No one wants Star Wars to suck more than the prequelfags.
First season was also bad. I can only take your words to mean season 2 doubles down on everything that made 1 bad.
The Ghorman Massacre in Andor (2025) > the Odesa Steps sequence in Battleship Potemkin (1925)
no joke: it's the lack of music. EVERYTHING has CONSTANT music now. Andor S1 has incidental music, from back when 'incidental music' was a thing. and it's nice, fairly minimal electronics.
they fuck it up a bit in S2, but if you find it less boring and more stirring, it's the music telling you that.
dedra's actress isn't british
Start S1 at ep3
Start S2 at ep7
ep3
its an amazing arc
you should hear how her black co-worker sounds to us.
fucking awful. school play acting. maybe that's just 'having an accent' (British) to Americans? really should have let him go if that's the best he could manage.
I found the second season to be a real slog too.
He was born in London, he is british.
