Everyone assumes it's the Fantastic Four team and the implication is they failed and retreated to this Earth. That would be stupid for even Marvel to spoil a movie like that in advance. I think when Fantastic Four comes out, they will save their Earth. I think Doom will have a cameo. I think he will steal one of Richard's ships and that is who you see coming. They might not even blatantly show this and they just set him up in the background of the FF movie and you then start thinking "was that Doom who flew in at the end of the thunderbolts because their Earth ended up fine and the Fantastic Four never left so who was that"? It's also by design that the New Avengers see him first because they are the plucky anti Heroes who get no respect from the Avengers which they pushed hard in the movie.
