People are enjoying themselves at these rescreenings.
Being an actor he's probably spent a lot of time in the sun whether it's doing actual work or just relaxing by the pool or whatever.
It's actually kind of fascinating that he's starting to look a lot like Sebastian Shaw. Just need the hairline to start receding some.

The recreenings come with a special introduction from him and he is the best looking 44 year old male on the planet. There are only a few males who can still looksmaxx after 40. Most of them get bloated and begin to show age everywhere. Hayden's hairline has barely receded in the corners. He still has a healthy slim figure and he carries himself like a gentleman.
