I asked her if she wanted to watch Final Destination with me and it starts out with about 20 references to Paris in in the first eight minutes. Shots of passports, travel guides, several characters talking about a school trip to PARIS. So she turns to me and asks where they're going, "some island"? She only cares if there's an actor she recognizes and even then she'll ignore the movie and start talking about how old or young they look or who they are married to or divorced from. It's crazy how quickly being an adult hits you man. Just 3 years ago I was living with Dad and seeing him everyday, now I live on my own and am lucky to catch up a few hours every 2 months.
