I love been going to the theatres to watch the marvel universe movies since iron man 1. You’d have to pay me at least $200 to go watch the thunderbolts in theatres. I have negative interest in whoever the fuck these characters are. And I personally can’t stand Florence Pugh. I don’t have any excitement for Doomsday because the heroes we will be following are Florence Pugh, Black Captain America, Shang Chi and Fantastic Four. Unless Marvel surprises everyone by having the original Avengers as the main characters fighting Dr Doom, I do not care. Avengers Doomsday will not be the hit Infinity War was.

I don't know what that's about but it seems stupid. Cinemas aren't gonna want to have to change their marquee twice for the same movie. Also, it's harder for people to talk about it when half know it as thunderbolts and the other half say new avengers. What was even the point of the stunt? How does this benefit marvel at all?

Aren't the old fox x-men supposed to be in it? They're pulling out all the stops.

The funny thing is most cinemas are still calling it Thunderbolts and are still using the Thunderbolts posters.

The main characters in Doomsday will be Doom, Reed, Thor, and Sam.
The main characters in Secret Wars will be Doom, Reed, Wolverine, The Spidermen, Deadpool. They will be the only characters who get decent screentime. It will be a memberberry cameofest of key-jangling fanservice.

Florence Pugh and Virginia Kirby will be the token "lead" women but won't get much more than 6 minutes screentime at best.

Wanda isnt coming back and will be replaced with her gay not-son, and Carol will probably be killed offin Doomsday after 3 minutes on-screen.

i'm the son of the 1st anon's wife's boyfriend and I didn't much care for the movie either. personally I would've rather they taken me to see Lilo & Stitch it was extremely distracting having my mom give head to my dad while my stepdad complained about the movie not having any good setpieces

All those people that said it would do better than Captain America: Brave New World got proven wrong. Too much competition stopped that from happening. People should be really worried when Fantastic Four: First Steps underperforms expectations as well.

Don't give me that crap, Secret Wars is so far out to be released you'd only know about it if you follow movie news semi-regularly enough, at which point youd' realize it has nothing to do do with an already released Skrull show. And if yow about comics even a little bit, you'd know SW and SI have nothing to do with each other, from story to release dates. All of them, from the original Secret Wars minis to the one Jonathan Hickman wrote, are years or decades apart from each other.

I ain't goint to apologize to and watch Sam's movie just because Thunderbolts is heading into the middle of the summer while Captain America 4 had 2 months of no competition. I'm just glad I watched a good movie. I'm certainly wondering about how Fantastic Four will be received.

I remember being confused about it back in my comic reading days 10 years ago. Not only was it only a few years between Secret Invasion and Secret Wars, Secret Wars also stole the name of a famous story from the 80's, although it made very little sense for the whole Doomgod plotline.

I assume the movie is aping the 2015 Secret Wars and not the 1988 Secret Wars right? With Doom resetting the universe and all that
