Who would you cast in a Cyberpunk live action series?
Who would you cast in a Cyberpunk live action series?
Keanu 'chungus' Reeves as silverhand
snood as rebecca
troon game so troonies
there are literally no good actors under 30 today to play as Vincent
Idris Elba would make a good Reed
i like whoever the face model was for the early trailer V, should get him
Femlae V is canon
I completely forgot the vg protag was 'white'-ish since the cyberpunk aminey has the brown guy protag
I....am V
female v is trash, sorry to break it to ya
you make the character to be whatever you want, but yeah the official art is white
Vincent
Come on bro, you know that if they did a movie it'd be Valerie
Canon how? V is male by any metrics of the lore, including the anime. Your default character in the game is male. I don't even know how you think V is canonically female. V is female if you choose, yes. But if you're actually talking about canon and not just an RPG where you can customize your character at the outset, then I don't know what you're talking about. I might be misinformed to the lore I guess.
killing yourself
good
screwing over a person that was fucking you over, having you waste time that you don't have and risk your life for absolutely nothing (from start to her becoming completely crippled and at your mercy) to save yourself?
bad
simps are truly something else
holy shit that got me good first playthrough of the dlc. genuinely seething, second time around i chose to betray her and i realise she was just as desperate as you actually by all accounts she had suffered for far longer than you had been up to that point too. really great writing there despite all the games flaws especially at launch, gamed turned out to be peak asf
Sam Worthington
the phantom liberty ending where V loses everything but gets to live and literally becomes an npc was more interesting to me than my original Panam ending
If they make a movie def that will be the ending
misty cleaned up well too, such a qt post game
I betrayed idris because he's a boring glownigger, not because I cared about the obviously mentally ill roastie
they used fem v for all the official material in phantom liberty and beyond. i always play fem v because the dude sounds like a temu master chief and i can never take him seriously.
Cyberfornia 77
nobody.
Wake me up when you are going to make a cyberpunk movie
I still find it annoying that no matter which ending you pick, V never bothers to call anyone important to him/her - which only really makes sense for the one-man-assault path
Why is there no "hey Panam/Judy/River/Kerry I'm going to get surgery from thanks to this government guy named Reed, here's his contact details, call him if you don't hear from me in a few days" scene
Why does Reed not contact them himself anyway? It's not like he doesn't know about them, and everything we see from Reed seems like he genuinely cares and wouldn't just let V's best friends think he/she died in a ditch somewhere
If I made a Mike Pondsmith Cyberpunk series, it wouldn't be about V. It's one of the things Edgerunners did well. Make it about Boa Boa or finally answer what happened to Morgan Blackhand you fat old nigger.
V is male by any metrics of the lore, including the anime
Edgerunners takes place before V is even a thing tho. Like, the whole point of Edgerunners is that it's only tangentially related to the game by a handful of characters appearing that aren't even central to the plot of the game, excluding Rogue. Fuck, V isn't even in Night City when Martinez was fucking shit up. Street Kid V is in Atlanta, Nomad V is somewhere fucking off in the Badlands, and Corpo V is tooling around on the East Coast.
Because it's a terrible ending, your only friend left is the talking car, you lose all your implants, that V wouldn't survive in Night City, he's one mugging away from being wasted. All this was intentional since the writers could've just let V stay in the NUSA but nah that ending has to be absolute misery.
The absolute kino ending is still helping Songbird. And then doing Don't Fear the Reaper ending, it makes everything that happened more impactful.
Simp
Seethe, V ain't dead after helping Songbird anyway so who gives a shit. Doing don't Fear the Reaper gives you access to Mr. Blue Eyes, the prominent observer of everything that's happened even in Phantom Liberty, presumably they're Blackwall AI so there's a real chance of V living.
SIIIIIIIIMP and you can get Mr. Blue Eyes from just doing the regular Rogue ending too.
Storming Arasaka alone is more epic though and proves that V has a chance of successfully raiding the Crystal Palace alone.
Are you autistic
...And all V characters are male by default.
You're gay, the writers already said it's the canon ending.
What does that have to do with the anime
No, they literally fucking have not, you headcanoning autismo
Faggot
What does that have to do with the anime
What does the anime have to do with V (the character in the game)? In all instances, V is male. I don't know how to make this more clear to you.
reee pls belief
Look man, I can make shit up too. Mr. Blue Eyes is actually Morgan Blackhand and is intentionally setting V (canon female) up to fail at Crystal Palace. See how easy that was? nigger
yo mr white
Reread the reply, you illiterate gibbon
The edgerunners protag is one of those 90% white latinos he doesn't even count as a POC, his mom was full white too
I mean I assume you're just a tranny because it's just ridiculous when fem V tried to sound badass and it's just a little girl talking, I will always play as male V, voice acting is also just objectively better, it's obvious the game was written for a male protag
If you use the cure for yourself, V goes into a coma for 2 years, loses all their friends, and can never use cyberware ever again
