Well that's gay. I always found it a depressing ending when they came back through to their old lives. It would be so jarring. You've become royalty is a wonderful, mystical fantasy land. I'd be happy to die in that life- you've probably had kids to carry on the bloodline. Then suddenly you're back in war-torn Britain as a fucking kid. A no-one, a zero. These people moved in and became the Telemarines, who became the populace and rulers. (I dont recall, but I think they also split off and became the calormens in the south or something). you have to introduce a bunch of child actors in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, then do Horse and His Boy without them, then by the time you're shooting Prince Caspian irl like 6 years are gonna have passed and they've all aged out of their roles and you're only half way through the movies
logistically its impossible, any adaptation needs to be animated but hollywood is allergic to it for some reason
