4) AOTC
5) TPM

I don't count the others

Why is A New Hope at the bottom? lol

I like ANH I just find it more tedious and less entertaining than the others. The tatooine scenes especially. The Battle of Yavin climax is god tier though

3. Sith
4. Empire

Im 18,

2006 anon

First star wars film I watched in theaters was Force Awakens, 10 years ago lol. I saw last Jedi with my dad again in the theaters in 2017, he fell asleep but I loved it. The internet hated it and the prequels all became popular which turned our to be good because it influenced me to watch them. Revenge of the sith is so peak. Saw rise or Skywalker during the pandemic and literally was so bored I couldn't finish it, worst than the romance plot in attack or the clones.

Empire

4 > 5 > 6 > 1 > Shit > The Rest

1. ESB
2. ANH
3. ROTJ
4. TFA
5. ROTS
6. AOC
7. TPM

I didn't watch TLJ or ROTS.
While I do put TFA over the prequels, I'm still more likely to rewatch the prequels over TFA.
TFA doesn't really build towards anything I'm interested in, it's a well directed movie that is kinda dumb, got some bad eye roll moments.
With the prequels at least I enjoy the fanservice and the action shlock while they build towards the good movies.

I keep switching my 1-3 around.
Yoda scenes in Empire are amazing, and because I listened to them I don't get triggered by ewoks in Jedi, ROTJ really puts what Empire says to the test, if you didn't get Empire, you'll hate Jedi, but also ROTJ doesn't really say that much by itself, so while I love all the scenes I think I'm still gonna put it last of OT:

1997 version is the best ROTJ ending btw
Victory Celebration>Yub Nub
I like the seeing the different planets celebrate

I even like Naboo celebrating in the post prequel edit, but I don't want Hayden replacing Shaw.
need a meme edit of the ROTJ ending with way too many planets celebrating

Some valid ones.
All is not lost with Anon Babble.

Worst ranking of anything I have ever seen in my entire life.

S+: ESB
S: Andor, ANH, ROST
A: ROTJ, RO, TPM, Mando S1&2
B: AOTC, Ahsoka, Skeleton Crew
C: HS, TFA
D: Mando S3, Book of Boba
E: TLJ, TROS, Obi Wan, The Acolyte

1. ANH
2. TPM

No one gives a shit about your autistic power rankings of kids movies.

Why are you posting here then?

TESB
ANH
ROTJ
RO
TPM
ROTS
TLJ
TFA
AOTC
TROS

The prequels are still fucking terrible. RotS only works as meme fuel. It's trash. You dipshits that clap when Chewbacca rides around with Yoda deserve Book of Boba Fett.

I didn't clap at Chewbacca. I cheered at the top of my lungs when THE CHADFORCE charged the shoreline and turned those droids into scrap metal as the greatest track of all time played.

clones has been my favorite since it came out. dunno why people don't like it.

RotS only works as meme fuel. It's trash.

This, ROTS is an overrated piece of shit. Anakin has no reason to trust Palpatine and the film in general has some of the most marvelously idiotic dialogue in the franchise:

From my point of view, the Jedi are evil!

I have seen a security hologram of him killing younglings!

Only a Sith deals in absolutes!

How is these examples idiotic? What's actually wrong with them?

Here's an objective ranking.

SW > TESB > THX > ANH > TPM > ROTS > AOTC > ROTJ > TCW > TBFE > COC

It's probably my favorite too but the Jedi showing up on Geonosis didn't age well. The CGI isn't bad, but you can tell the extras weren't given much in the way of direction when it came to filming that sequence.

TLJ above the phantom menace

TLJ above attack of the clones

objective ranking

The first is like something a moron would shout in a debate class. "No no, from my point of view, your side is bad!" means nothing at all. A better line would be something like "This is the Jedi's fault!! They tried to kill the Chancellor!", which would actually illustrate his beef with the Jedi and sounds like something a human would actually say.

The second uses dumb fantasy terms like "security hologram" and "younglings" to describe mass child-murder and just sounds laughable. It's like how Battlestar Galactica used dopey fantasy terms like "centons" and "frak" instead of words like "seconds" and "fuck." Ewan MacGregor sounds like he's trying not to crack up as he reads the line: youtube.com/watch?v=pgt-7-YxX2c

The third is hypocritical. Saying "Only a Sith deals in absolutes" IS an absolute.

Aww, snowflake. Still struggling with your "adult" life? Mommy did a bad job with you.

2. Empire
3. Sith
4. Jedi

Even most of the action blows. The Palpatine arrest scene is some of the most embarrassing shit ever screened.

Yeah, it's easily one of the worst fight scenes in the franchise.

Palpatine does a spinning flip and lands in front of the Jedi. He then slowly turns, aims, and kills each of the Jedi in turn while Mace Windu watches uselessly.

Then Palpatine and Mace fight.

The Obi-Wan vs. Grievous fight wasn't all that great either. There's a slow, unexciting duel right before Obi-Wan hacks off Grievous' extra hands in seconds, then force-shoves him into the ceiling. Then there's a chase scene that's just a mass of CGI, then they finally have their brawl near the ship, which is the best part of the fight.

TPM and AOTC at least had some great fight scenes with Darth Maul and Jango Fett.
