Gen is said to be dead, but so was Melissa. I think the rest are gone though. I mean, they won't try that fake suicide shit twice, right? Meanwhile, Shauna straight-up said they killed Hannah, so she's dead.
But yeah, they missed out not having Kodiak kill one or two and they should have lost someone in the cabin fire. I think it's suggested by Tai's dialogue that both Gen and Mel made it out but Gen died after (possibly murdered by another YJ).

I think Akilah is going to be the big death first half of season 4. I see them burying her alive because the others agree Akilah will more than likely break under pressure and spill the truth about what they've been doing in the wilderness to the authorities.

I didn’t realise Mari was so beloved until she died. The entire fanbase is grieving. She had to die because she was obviously Pit Girl but I wonder if they feel like they’ve fucked up slightly by not having her die in season 4. Mari sacrifice and Natalie saving everyone isn’t as dramatic if they spend another full season in the wilderness. I feel like this was a season 4 or 5 plot moment rushed ahead for hype to try and secure another season. The pit girl hunt was Nat's idea because they couldn't use the sat phone without a distraction.
That being said, it was retarded because neither Shauna, Lottie or Tai had the gun or crossbow in the hunt, meaning it was back at the huts. Travis (or Robin or Britt or whoever) could have easily gotten both and ended the whole thing.
