Genuine question, this looks completely godawful. To the point that it is painful to look at. What is so damn "funny" and enjoyable about it?
1. Is it just middle school children?
2. Is this some Morbius like joke where there is an unspoken argument to pretend otherwise (Unlikely since people weren't actually Morbius buying tickets.)
3. Is this modern social media irony poisoning where people lost the plot and completely unironically do what WB wants them to do, knowing that they are getting conned to consume slop but doing it anyway "for the memes"?
Help a retard out.
Genuine question, this looks completely godawful. To the point that it is painful to look at...
Zoomers entire personality is just ebonics and skibidi memes. It starts out as irony, but because they all behave like women now, they end up convincing themselves that it's good
shut the fuck up overanalysing chud, have sex lmao
CHICKEN JOCKEY
the world is becoming quite confusing and scary to you, huh, gramps? better just sip some tea and take a nap.
Go back to facebook unc
I don't understand it as well, younger generations are so fucking dense the memes have no meanings at all.
Is this modern social media irony poisoning where people lost the plot and completely unironically do what ____ wants them to do, knowing that they are getting conned to consume slop but doing it anyway "for the memes"?
Like millennials and gen-Xers going to screenings of The Room? Or like boomers throwing popcorn and feces during screenings of Rocky Horror Picture Show for the past 50 years?
I don't get it. Therefore it is stupid and meaningless.
You are choosing to let your mind die.
Ok let's take buckbreaking as an example of relatively recent meme since it wasn't created more than 5 years ago. Buckbreaking was more entertaining because it's a nigger crying about buttfucked slaves and homosexuality, which can be interpreted as projection.
But chicken jockey is some bullshit you can't explain yourself.
What is so damn "funny" and enjoyable about it?
Ok so it's a retarded meme like those?
ITT
ask something
anon calls me old and a tranny nigger faggot
Enough Anon Babble for today.
Apparently i found out it's just a trend like the fire challenge or the ice bucket one where you just scream "chicken jockey" and throw popcorns.
why isnt mainstream, semi-astroturfed normie meme based around an ultra normie videogame/movie as my based Anon Babble nigger meme
because unfortunately tariq nasheed didnt write the minecraft movie.
Clean it up broom monkey. You are my popcorn slave.
Apparently i found out
OK COOL. BETTER UPDATE YOUR PALS AT REDDIT ABOUT WHAT YOU LEARNED TODAY
You sound like a retarded faggot. CHICKEN JOCKEY is our future.
You haven't even went to see the movie
I will blogpost more don't worry.
Why are you typing in all caps?
dude just dedicate your time and brain power to identifying the context of flash in the pan zoomer memes that will be completely forgotten in a week
evaluate your life
TWINKIE HOUSE
Me Gusta... now there was a meme.. Girugamesh and Scumbag Steve.. kids these days have no idea what REAL memes are
NIGGER JOCKEY
I AM SO FUNNY
My memes are immortal. Yours are gay and will be forgotten when the hype is over, lol.
I'm sorry thinking takes such dedication for you. If it is such a taxing task, then you are right: your energy is better saved for completing your task of daily living. Good luck. :)
FAGGOT JOCKEY.
Don't forget about breathing, okay pal?
u took him 2 da bar?
I don't understand chicken jockey.
DSFARGEG
"B-b-b-but whatabout older unfunny memes" was not the response I expected when I made this thread ngl.
I honestly don't understand why this shit gets glazed even in this website.
zoomers are the gayest generation of kids in all of human history. that is all. dont overthink it.
If you say things like "ngl" and "this shit gets glazed" you are a Zoomer and you probably have a better chance of understanding this Chicken Jockey thing then the Boomers who post here.
OP got filtered by profound cinema
Imagine thinking the people who scream "Chicken Jockey!" In the movie theaters have any sex lmao
I like how this thread is full of references to older nonsense/absurdist memes, none of which I ever found funny either. Maybe you have to be underage to find any of it funny?
I am in my 20s, not sure if that counts zoomer enough for you, regardless of that I have no clue what the fuck it is about.
Chicken Jockey
CHICKEN JOCKEY
Yeah, that's Zoomer territory. If you don't get it, you'd be better off asking this question somewhere where Gen Z congregates. This site is mostly Gen X and Millennials, we could explain stupid brainrot that came out 20 years ago, like Chuck Norris memes or "All your base are belong to us!" but most of us are way too out of it to have any idea what this is about. There have been many threads about this and the only thing the average anon has to say about it is: "it's funny, because the wagies have to clean it up", there's no real understanding about why this got started in any of the threads I've read.
But i am gen z and it's still bullshit to me, although there is a consistent cultural gap between early and late zoomers.
I sure hope they wouldn't. They:re all like 8-10.

chicken j-ACK
I feared as much. Perhaps it is truly without rhyme or reason then.
herd mentality
I get that, but Millennials / Gen X are in their 30's, 40's, 50's, the oldest Gen Xers are going to break into their 60's next year. Imagine it's 1963, you're 27 years old and you're a bit too old to understand why all the teenagers are raving about The Beatles, would you ask a guy born in 1903 to explain it to you? Or a guy born in 1931? You're too old to get it, but they're REALLY too old to get it. That's a Boomer-tier analogy, but as I say, 90% of us are old and have no clue.
an unspoken argument
Proof-read your shitty posts, idiot.
I guess i'm either too old to get the new, or too young to get the old since i don't understand the beatles.
What i get is how fast culture evolves nowdays, as an early zoomer it seems strange how late zoomers born in 2006 don't know what a gameboy/DS is, and yet they are part of my generation. They only know these smartphones now, full of ads and bad habits ruining our society.
I mean, you're on 4ch. How is this any better? Society has almost completely given up on being genuinely clever or sincere. Being intentionally stupid is the funniest thing in the world to the internet generation. Chicken Jockey is just one manifestation of it.
Don't forget that those really young Zoomers are still teenagers, when they get into their late 20's / early 30's, there's inevitably going to be a massive wave of nostalgia for all the stuff you remember from your childhood / teen years. Most of the stuff you remember is considered "dated" now, but it will eventually become "vintage". When the youngest Millennials were teenagers lots of stuff from the 90's was considered lame, once we started getting older, suddenly, vapourwave became the big trend and everybody is celebrating tacky 90's graphic design.
I grew up with the 80s being considered shockingly lame, ugly, greedy, and tasteless
Turn it got culturally rehabilitated
It's just a forced meme. Combine it with the irl theatre goofing and it's very appealing to young people precisely because it has no meaning
I see... still my concern is how damaging such fast evolving zeitgeist can be.
Ancient egypt had thousands of years of the same cultural style reflected in their drawings, medieval period lasted for hundreds of years, the industrial revolution happened only 200 years ago and the technological disparity is huge with today's standards.
If we get a new thing every 10 years it feels fucking stressful, it doesn't leave room for adaptation.
Same. I've tons of pictures of my dad wearing polyester suits that are so shiny that they reflect the flash from the camera. When I was a kid and that had only just gone out of fashion I found them hilarious. People today would think that's a cool vintage photo.
Zoomer humor is absurdist/random. Boomers like you wouldn't get it
chicken jockey jockey
I guess it's a matter of perspective: some people say it's the opposite and that culture is stagnating. Isn't "Fortnite" like a decade old now? My co-workers are still talking about how their kids are obsessed with it. When I was younger, stuff just washed out of the cultural consciousness in the blink of an eye. I remember when "Slumdog Millionaire" came out and suddenly everybody was pretending they gave a shit about Indian Cinema, at my college, the Performing Arts department had put up a massive wall of posters celebrating Alfred Hitchcock, they took it down and replaced it with "A Salute to Bollywood!". That lasted about a month. I can't remember if they replaced it with another tribute to a flash-in-the-pan trend or something classic.
