Basically, Frieza's men back at HQ get a hint that maybe Frieza is in some kind of trouble and one of the aliens says "yeah fuck him, good riddance, he destroyed my people" and then another surviving member of his race kills him and then says "there are no races. We live to serve Frieza (the gay tranny emperor)". If you think about it, Frieza has basically gone around the universe destroying the different races of aliens and folding them into his empire. This was basically globohomo's agenda for the world. To destory all the nations of Earth and unite them under the gay flag.

I mean, Frieza was pretty sophisticated as far as characterization went. There's nothing "boyish" about him. There's no innocence in him. Majin Buu was kind of a boy (which is partly why he was redeemed in the end and reborn as Uub).
