As long as it's a visually appealing music video like the last one I'm in. In fact lean even more into that aspect. Just have awesome set pieces and a killer soundtrack by Trent and Atticus. The story/second half was the weakest part of Legacy anyway.

But it's also HIGHLY POSSIBLE that the MCP, digitizing Flynn to dispose of him as a investigator and a legal liability, cut several corners in the digitizing process (LOSSY COMPRESSION) and Flynn lost essential aspects of human biological processes from the forced digitization to meat rebuilding back to the real world. He wasn't expected to survive the games, so why create a pristine digital version which could survive meatspace when rebuilt as meat?

Since they were in the early stages of digitizing, you might have digital oranges to eat. But unless Flynn digitized plenty of TV dinners, a zoo or farm or pet shop, there are no other plants or animals aside from humans in the Digiverse (if you didn't see it happen, it didn't happen). The cooked pig and vegetables of the dinner scene are probably energy constructs that Flynn faked to make his life tolerable after being trapped. Like if you had only marshmallow material to eat forever, you could become skilled in making it look like a fried chicken leg or a bowl of rice, but it's still just marshmallow.

Just because QUORA ate a possible energy liquid marshmallow fluff sculpt equivalent of vegetables or roasted pig, doesn't mean she actually digested it as humans do. You didn't see any hog farms in TRON LEGACY or greenhouses on the way there in the bleak landscape. CLU was a physical copy of Flynn, but not an exact mental copy quite obviously. Minds adapt to the environment rules in which they are born, CLU never experienced a sunny day on a grassy meadow with wind rustling trough the flowers as you ate a picnic dinner of potato salad, fried chicken, steamed corn on the cob, and so on... why would CLU as a Digicopy believe any of these experiences were true or genuine?

I assume that the digitizer laser has a couple of big tanks full of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon, so that it can reassemble all of the proteins, fats, water, DNA, etc. required to reconstitute a human.
Or in the case of Quorra, build an entirely new human (unless we assume she is built from Kevin Flynn's stored matter -- ick)
But I do not see how Clu's plan could work.
The basement under Flynn's arcade likely does not have enough tanks of matter to construct armies, a hovercarrier, and a squadron of light planes.
Even if it did, there is no room to manifest all that stuff in the basement.
Even if there were, I don't think any of his technology would work in the real world. De-rezzing staffs, light planes, and that hovercarrier just wouldn't work in an environment with real physics.
Now sure, it is easy to say that Clu has no idea about the limitations of the basement or what real world physics are like, and thus his delusional plan was doomed and he just didn't know it. But TRON: Legacy seems to treat his plan as a credible threat to the real world -- or at least Kevin Flynn seems to think so.
