Technically vapes are more cost efficient but you'll find yourself hitting the vape way more often than cigarettes both because you can do it basically anywhere and because they don't hit the same as cigarettes so you're puffing more for the same effect. When I smoked I was buying a pack every 5 days or so for $13 (American Spirits LMAO) but when I vaped I was buying 2 or 3 $22 vapes a week.
