Among the cases to be filed against him will reportedly include attempting to kiss and grab a security guard, trying to seize his firearm, taking videos without consent, mocking security guards, and vlogging in Bonifacio Global City without a permit.

Remulla, who deemed Zdorovetskiy as an "undesirable alien,” also referenced harassing an elderly woman and his inappropriate behavior towards a windsurfing instructor in Boracay.

It was also announced Zdorovetskiy’s cameraperson will likely face charges for allegedly enabling him to perform the aforementioned acts.

Despite the circumstances, that didn’t stop the controversial streamer from acting up during the press conference.

Zdorovetskiy was seen snatching the hat of a police officer sitting in front of him and making an “L” with his fingers as the secretary was speaking.

For those who don’t know, he’s a YouTube prankster who just straight up harasses and bullies people and then tells them “it’s just a prank”. To make himself seem like a good guy and to try to balance out “karma”, he’ll make charity/donation videos, many of which have been exposed as fake (hiring actors to pretend to be randoms and “accept” the fake donation). Lots of his early pranks have been exposed as fake as well, with actors giving over the top reactions. His newer stuff seems to be real, as it’s quite literally just him roaming the streets and harassing people, not even in a clever way and not getting “good” reactions. You just feel sorry for everyone. He also was high on coke and pushed Bradly Martyn and then got taken down with a few punches, then tried to challenge Bradly to a boxing match but got rejected.
