Kino episode from the festival shooter tonight

Robby's stepson isn't the greatest actor. needed someone better to be able to pull the emotional scenes off

Holy shit is that Dr. Carter?

yeah, this show was supposed to be a legit ER spinoff but the rights owners said no

The shooter wasn't the incel kid that everyone on here was whining about

Almost 100% the case, he is was too obvious to actually be it

i'm curious if there were multiple shooters or some shit. seems wild that a shooter on the ground could take that many people out. there are like a hundred or more people shot

Robby crying...

max

How much of the show is an off topic b-plot about a "strong woman" trying to deal with pesky men (ick!), like Chernobyl and Tokyo Vice?

Why are you singling out Max like it's the woke channel? Is Prime TV "based"? Is RC Cola chudpilled and Coke is cringe?

brutal. his son finally broke him

so are they gonna do the next season with basically a brand new cast? i'll be sad if i don't get a lot of Mel for the next one

I get that Jake was upset but blaming Robby for Leah's death was out of line.

He didn't mean it. It was him processing his grief. Sucked though. This is my favorite show rn

When Robby hit him back with the "I'll remember her after you've forgotten her" that was pretty cold too.

i thought that was a good response but yeah probably not the best thing to say to your kid even if he's fucking you up

I got through 5 episodes and couldnt do it anymore. The excellent performances weren't enough to compensate for the browbeating. Even my lifelong democrat mom dropped it cause she found it too annoying.

I gotta watch it. I binge watched the whole show in like 2 days. It's a kino show. The main actor is really good and the supporting cast are good too.

The autistic intern doctor is cute af.

I really don't like the dark skinned indian/mexican young doctor that's an R3,I think her name is Mohan? or starts with an M. She's extremely arrogant.

yea if you can get past the occasional Democrat/libtard stuff they inject every other episode it's not that bad, it's few and far in between

so far:

typical MAGA mom wants her daughter to keep the baby (cuz abortion is so based!!! muh hekin women's rights!)

incel son (Oi me fookin son is an incel!) mass shooter

fight breaks out with 2 women, one is an extreme anti masker, and they do their "masks save lives" rant, when in reality a shitty cloth mask does nothing, the doctors are using N95s or full face shields

muh overbearing father on his son

I'm trying to think of more, help

I’ll remember her long after you forget

Is RC Cola chudpilled and Coke is cringe?

Yes.

typical MAGA mom wants her daughter to keep the baby (cuz abortion is so based!!! muh hekin women's rights!)

They never imply the mom is MAGA or even Christian.

incel son (Oi me fookin son is an incel!) mass shooter

He ain't the shooter.

fight breaks out with 2 women, one is an extreme anti masker, and they do their "masks save lives" rant

You know they just wear ordinary masks in surgery, right?

muh overbearing father on his son

Was this the baseball kid?

It seems pretty obvious to me the woman with the hurt arm who is dazed is related to whoever did the shooting, a son, husband. It might still be something for chuddy to whine about before it’s said and done. Chance of islamic terror or leftwing healthcare shooter is about zero for this show.

I thought they were translating the old Marvel New Universe crossover story when I heard of this

The fatshaming reprimand scene, the tranny, the mistreatment of the sickle cell black women cause she's black, the abortion plot line. IIt's not really few and far between. In every single episode at least 1-2 of the plot lines involve some sort of political message being pushed. My tolerance for being told what to think by rich holywood cocksuckers has simply been exhausted.

also what was up with the black lady who gave birth and there were 2 dudes, 1 white guy and another black guy? they asked "who's the father" and they both said yes? LMAO. some introvertile fetus ivf shit or ?? cuck relationship?

Trouble is half of these scenes are in line with directives in use at said hospitals. You will be reprimanded making snide comments at fatties etc. If not worse for minority/woman commentary. So do you want realism or fantasy? Older shows have plenty of gay panic and trans jokes which reflects their era as well.
That aside the other half is annoying because it’s very didactic when the rest of the show isn’t. But then the /old/ shows were like 80% about learning whatever “lesson” the scriptwriter came up with minus the medical accuracy. So I’m not sure you get anything with less manufactured drama at all.
Incidentally that clown character is like a nod to old ER tropes.

Surrogate pregnancy.

know they just wear ordinary masks in surgery, right?

that's not even the point. They sanitize hands and wear nitrile gloves (I'm sure you know the difference in glove types yes? Mr. expert?). they normally wear full face shields when an extreme disease outbreak is present, at least they did during COVID. Have you even been in an ICU before? I have, multiple times. Cloth masks prevent spread (badly) from the user, they do nothing to prevent spread to the person themselves, this has been proven in studies. N95 is better but not best. P100 is best. Ultimately full face respirator would be the ultimate solution.

That's fair enough but they did not need to make every other case a representation of a leftist talking point. They didn't need to include the tranny scene or the fat shaming scene or a bunch of other stuff. Whether or not a doctor would get reprimanded by a health-at-all-sizes cunt in reality is not pertinent to their decision to include it in the first place. And you don't get every single leftwing talking point under the sun in a single shift at a hospital either if we are to talk about realism.

the globohomo shit they force down your throat is annoying

grim

yeah, this show was supposed to be a legit ER spinoff but the rights owners said no

I wonder why?

it was Crichton's book or whatever ER was based on. they allow jurassic park to do whatever the fuck so who knows

I'm hearing a lot of talk about this show but hate watching people puke, does it happen often? I can handle any type of gore, just not puking.

there was the lecture about how black people were the first emts too. the way they went about it was really over the top, they kept hammering it home like it was an advertisement for them.

show is fine though even with the woke shit in it, the past few episodes have been good and it's salvaging my opinion of the entire show even though there were some real cringe parts near the start.

very generous presentation of hospital staff, they don't give a fuck irl it's like being at mcdonalds at 1am on a saturday

Chris Watts is doing kinos now? Glad he got back on his feet.

t. selfish fuck who doesn't realize he's not the only one being treated

it's like any other job. some people don't give a fuck and some do. i've been to the ER a few times and notice both just like the show

nigga unless you've got something sticking out of you you're basically dealing with a mcdonalds worker who's gonna google your symptoms while you're left untreated for 8 hours and act all put upon. It's like the bear lmao SOMEONE OREDERED TWO MRI'S AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

he's not the only one being treated

Just walk on.
