This is a kdrama for old people (probably why my omoni likes it so much). It wasn't bad, but ehhhhh. Some funny parts in *twenty episodes* with last episode lasting *over an hour and a half*. Mmm 8/10 for some historical stuff.
If anyone is interested in watching it, my advice is to watch the first couple episodes, then watch the last couple episodes: that's all you really need.

yeah as much as i liked seeing what the ahjummas would be cooking and sharing, and the sisters Bo Ra and Deok-sun it did feel like a slog with a episode lengths. and the ending wasn't satisfying enough, there was at least one loose end.
