I really enjoyed Falling Skies.
Forgotten Shows and Movies
Superior to Lost in every way.
That actress is incredibly beautiful
Her name, and I am not shitting you, is Moon Bloodgood
dude that wrote jaws
Hmm
What's Lost?
I watched Dollhouse a lot as a teenager
Only thing I know about it is that the actress who played Faith in Buffy is in it
Apocalypse tv series
Women wearing clean fashionable clothes
Every. Single. Time.
There was one great episode set in the future, and then everything after that was awful.
I was all in for this show. But I dropped it in it's final season and never finished it. It just got TOO dark and depressing. I don't need that shit
Its an alien invasion show. Its not Fallout lol. They had clean clothes, Tom (the dude on the left) just had that as his default outfit.
You just wanted to whine about women didn't ya?
Chicken Licken assed motherfucker.
Why wouldn't they? You can just go to a ruined mall or logistics center and take whatever clothes you like, still wrapped in plastic.
Simps
threads were peak Anon Babble and very comfy
Is this one self contained?
I recognize two of the people
There are three to recognise. You have failed.
I am once again shill posting Crusoe.
Doesn't recognize them all
You've failed.
falling skies: walking dead but aliens
the strain: walking dead but vampires
>the strain: walking dead but vampires
Never heard of it.
Sean Bean and Sam Neill
Neither on the cover
hmmmmm
There are only three worth recognising.
From what i remember it was a spinoff about them going around plantes in a spaceship or something. It got cancelled after 2 seasons
And you never will, it's smart.
It’s actually really good. Especially Sam Neil as the villain.
I only caught the first episode. It was the most cliche, derivative piece of shit I’ve ever seen. Something Anon Babble would call written by AI if the tech was around 10 years ago.
I used to watch the strain with my ex girlfriend I miss that bitch so much
Poor Jimmy
You needed a high IQ to understand it.
Whoops. Meant for -->
Posting correctly requires a high IQ.
That anon is not me. I never watched Strain.
earth 2(tv show)
Yellowstone in 10-15 years.
Im sure some remember the MTV Scream show but did you know that VH1 also did a Scream show, this one produced by Queen Latifah? Its notable for bringing back the voice and mask (two things missing from the MTV series)
90210
I wonder who the killer is
Its notable for bringing back the voice and mask (two things missing from the MTV series)
How do you have a Scream show with out the mask at minimum?
These two were the killers
A French-American-British family of con artists separate a rich asshole from his money every week. Well-written, well-cast. Formulaic, but with surprising variety and adult topics. Precursor to things like Mission: Impossible, Hustle, Leverage, et cetera.
The MTV show used a similar, but legally distinct mask because they didn't want to pay for the rights to use the mask. The show is also not about movies or some sort of meta commentary on them. Its a generic slasher mystery show with no iconic mask and no iconic voice. Its literally Scream in name only.
Scream in name only
I can think of several things that are a series in name only these days
My favorite show of all time.
The last two seasons were shit and retroactively ruined everything that came before it

Remember when they remade The Prisoner?
This show is so underrated it's unreal. People get thrown off by the by the numbers procedural format of the first season. But it gets a soft reboot in S2 and guess HARD into hardcore sci fi mode. Also a rare show with a complete ending.
What ever you do do not look up what happened to Bex Taylor Klaus
CW is a cancer that spoils anything it touches
NTA but I don't watch CW shows. It's why I never watched Wheel of Time. It felt like a CW show that happened to be on Prime.
I just wanted you to reply
She sells tit pics on Onlyfans now.
I know ;)
So does the yellow SPD Power Ranger
Forgotten Shows
It only got 1 season but Terriers is great. Kind of a neo noir detective show worth checking out if you can find it.
And The Deep.
People get thrown off by the by the numbers procedural format of the first season
That's exactly why I stopped watching. I do remember that bodysuit though. I came off the back of 12 Monkeys, an insanely good time travel show so maybe that contributed.
This show was super underrated
Am I the only one who watched Rubicon?
Its del fatso's jew pandering vamp book made into a tv show. Walder frey from got is the main jew whiner and egg man from lost and the bobble head from quantum ant man is the main protag.
Its a schlockfest with terrible child actors and writing but the one cool thing it has is showing the slow descent of a city during a (not)zombie apocalypse
La Jetée is on YouTube if you've not seen it.
youtube.com
Trust me Anon give it a second chance. It's a completely different show from season 2 onward.
Human Target was alright for primetime fox slop and was a graveyard for Jackie Earle Haley.
There's slow paced and then there's Rubicon. You can trim they were trying to make kino but holy hell pick up the pace f.f.s.
Yeah I think I will based on what you said about the earlier seasons. I remember the guy in it being from Mutant X. It's also nice watching stuff before the madness of 2015 sets in.
I saw it, liked it a lot. Basically a documentary. Rubicon is like Mr Robot, except not retarded like Mr Robot, not up its own ass. What a mess Mr Robot was.
Still baffles me that Australians play reruns of it, but we can't.
Yeah I remember having to study this. Its a great short.
Pic rel doesn't get the love it deserved. It came out when every network was trying to recapture the ensemble blockbuster magic of Lost. But for some reason people got subconsciously triggered like it's encroaching on Lost's territory or something.
Dollhouse walked so Severance could run.
Jesus, the faces of those mongs on either side of Eliza
This looks like the new Mulder and Scully X-Files 2025
Government feeding little children to aliens and shit
Aliens secured a island in the middle of the ocean and the government is kidnapping kids from the streets and sending them to the aliens on the island
From time to time video footage gets leaked of what these aliens are doing with these kids
Mulder and Scully on the case following leads that lead them to upperclass Manhatten and a over seas royal family is also in the mix
I really liked this one. Shame they canceled it.
Into the Badlands deserved way more love. Awesome genre-bending tv show with some of the best martial arts work on tv. Sad that AMC decided to put all their resources into shitty Walking Dead spinoffs.
Into the Badlands
i like this one
your vampkino, sir
I wish Blood Ties had gotten more.
NBC's Dracula was pretty good for the time
Season 1 only.
Into the Badlands basically started the modern trend of the 2nd season falloff.

Boom Boom Ba
Yeah I saw a trailer for that on YT a while back and I was tempted to give it a watch cause same actor.
Klondike
YO LIL DONNIE
i'm still not over it.
Winner winner chicken dinner.
Yes that's who you think it is.
Is that the KING IN THE NORTH?
Why is the Asian chick in so many mk ultra shows
I bet she’s an mk handler irl
Good shit. However, Nowhere Man, which preceded it by a couple years, did that kind of thing better. Nowhere Man predicted a good bit of what has come to past. It's an incredible fuckin ride. Hell of a an ending. It's a travesty it was cancelled. And it's hard as fuck to find to watch, and if you watch the series, you'll see why it's been suppressed ever since it aired. YouTube should have the episodes last I looked.
That weird Nepalese mutt chick next to Faith does strange things to my dick.
Cool show about objects with power.
Elle Fanning
Shirley Manson?
Sadly didn’t like it and I quite like the two main actors
No, if you are talking about got
Yeah its Richard Madden
Excellent miniseries. Its unfortunate they insisted on rewriting it and making Warehouse 13 instead. I enjoyed warehouse 13 I just think a fully fledged lost room series would have been better
Trying to remember a show, early 2000's maybe late 99. Was on basic TV, not cable.
NBC, ABC, FOX, WB, etc. 1 season only.
Sci-fi, three main characters, very smart or maybe genius levels, white males but looked liked nerds. A taller, medium, shorter grouping.
Only thing I remember from way back when:
There was some kind of contamination (radiation, biological, w/e) and all three of them had to sacrifice themselves to save the world.
Last scene was of the 3 of them looking out of a sealed environment door window, as the supporting characters looked on. The usual drama.
Anyone?
well the kids have to learn about TekWar sooner or later
I bet nobody posted this one yet. It had two seasons, 2014-2015. Secret lab in Antarctica or some shit, rabid fast zombies runnin around. Lab contagion, ppl try to survive and figure out a cure. Better than most seasons of Walking Dead. 1st season was solid, s2 was definitely a mixed bag, not very satisfying.
I meant to post the photo
TWD had no good seasons
Good thread, looks like I have some kino to watch.
Shout out to season 1 of Paradise (Hulu) it was pretty good especially for fucking Hulu and it only being the 1st season. If you don't wanna watch the whole show just watch episode 7 it's kino.
I’ll bump for you
This dude looks like Chris Watts: Alien Apocalypse
It's the guy from The Pitt no? Another good show, albeit a bit Jewish.
He looks nothing like Chris Watts
Thanks.
I don't know why this one very last scene has been stuck in my head for 20+ years.
Aquarius is the best fictional interpretation of the Manson murders. Really needed another season to tie everything up, but ending with the murders in season 2 worked well enough. Duchovny kino.
Shirley Mansion
You are thinking Sarah Connor Chronicles
Manimal
I ended up dropping pic rel. It should have been good but the whole thing just felt....off. It feels off in a way that's hard to describe but I have a sneaky feeling Alien: Earth will have almost the same exact problem.
I do
Manson Murders
The Tex Wattson murders.
Based Manson apologist
I just think sending a person to prison for the rest of their life for shit he didn't do is wrong.
The moment Nixon declared him guilty, the trial should've been DOA since there is no way they'd get a fair jury.
I just think sending a person to prison for the rest of their life for shit they didn't do is wrong.
There were so many comfy low budget shows all through the 90s.
Why don't they do that nowadays? Why does everything need a gazillion dollarinos
Jus like ma boy Jigsaw. FR
Never seen this show posted anywhere
Traci Lords.
They do. It’s just all tubi slop
tubi slop
?
Shirley Manson?
Traci Lords actually.
There was “Better Off Ted”, but that was a sitcom.
Two of the characters were “genius scientists” and their manager was “Ted”, a tall handsome guy who wore suits.
I doubt it’s what you’re thinking if, but an episode plot could have matched that.
Nevermind. I thought tubi made a bunch of original movies and shows all low budget, but a lot of that is just shit tubi picked up
I remember this, it was good, but the second season got a bit off track.
You are thinking Sarah Connor Chronicles
no
Now I remember I was going to watch this
I’m still pissed this got cancelled.
I remember when I watched the John Carter movie. Well I say watched but it was on as I walked through the living room. It looked like a western.
I go to my room, come back a little later and he was on Mars. I was confused as fuck.
she looks like tera patrick
fap fap fap fap fap
What is Tubi
That's a singer with a platinum record thanks to a song of hers being remixed and included on the original mortal Kombat soundtrack, wonder what else she's talented at
Guy from my 2 dad's, another forgotten show that I'm amazed hasn't been rebooted/ remade
The 4400 was kino, too bad it was cancelled after one of the best cliffhangers ever. The creator tried to find a new home for the show, but couldn't, so he continued the story in a series of books.
And yes, that's the nigger from those big movies whose name nobody can pronounce.
Netflix for niggers
Niggerflix if you will
Is that Copperhead from Luke Cage?
Or NuBlade (that movie is never coming out)
yeap, same one, i think this was his first big role, shit character tho
oof
It was really good.
It ran for close to four years actually
They really won't let a White guy have a hot White girlfriend, it is always a hapa, an Asian, coon or mystery meat latina.
FATIGUE.EXE
No fucking thanks. How did we go from nerdy white film bros to lip smacking jive talkers?
Whatever happened to the guy who played a fat vampire in Blade and a mick Catholic dad in that sitcom with the ginger braphog?
Tom's wife died iirc and that was after giving him 3 White sons. I say he earned it.
youtube.com
I feel your pain, it hit me like a gut check when this was cancelled
I don't know man
braphog
This person is from Sweden.
Aliens killed his wife Rebecca.
Pretty sure I'm the only one on here that watched this
The Mullets sounds like a 1980s pro wrestling tag team
The aliens scared me as a kid.
My mom and I used to watch this together, it was on somewhere around 5-6 am on weekdays, and that's when I got up and she got home from work.
Good times.
Fucken' BOOMTOWN!
Used to watch this with my grandma.
1-season shows are either dogshit or cutting-edge kino the viewing public wasn’t ready for, this was definitely the latter
the classic story that INSPIRED james cameron's AVATAR
kek really grasping at straws to put avatar on the cover there
Oldfag here. There was a really, really cheap tv series shown on Channel 9 in Australia back in the early 90's it was from the U.S. and it was called "Crosstown". It was on at 6am and I watched it before going to work. It was so cheap, it one set and two actors who portrayed tough cops. They'd talk about the case, then they'd say lets go and interview the witness or suspect, but commercial break and then there back on the same set discussing what this witness or suspect had told them. It was fucking ridiculous. I have searched everywhere online to find this shitty program, but to no avail. It genuinely was the worst show I have ever seen.
just making up shows
retard
Oh fuck man this was so good
This it?
premieres this year
claims to have watched it in the 90s
Idk
I can't tell when it came out because IMBD wants me to subscribe to their premium version, and no other relevant information about the program or the creator seem to exist.
Says on the bottom
Not for me.
You do not see where it says premieres Sept 29th | Thursdays 9/10C
Yeah, I saw it, that could have been from any year man, they could have slapped it on after the fact, they could have rebroadcasted it and used that as as advertising. I didn't really give it much thought, but maybe I'm just too tried for this.
I like looking at shows on imfdb.
gibs me dat
I liked that show Billy Ray starred in recently, shame it died
Hell yeah, got kinda shitty the closer to the end it got but at least they gave it a proper ending
Sadly never made it past the pilot episode
