IMO, it's way too "look at all the rich people's stuff" to pull off the "we're satirizing it" card. You can't seriously claim that you are satire when the plot reads like half Robb Report half Tatler Magazine. I fully expect it to devolve into soap opera a la Crazy Rich Asians by season 2, if there will be a Season 2.
