My mother is a big fan of these movies, finds them funny even thought she is not much of an horror person, 2 is still her favourite.
I liked 2 because at least some people got saved.
The rest I don't like them because they make me feel sad and squeamish, but I am still curious to read about the plot, I do find it funny how the series seems to be a PSA for careless behaviour, even if death cheats.
