He had to train for months and months to do a proper patronus. Also expelliarmus is one of only like 3 offensive spells he can use properly. Remember how he forgot how to conjure fire in the cave? Yeah not that bright

If you go back and read the books, especially OoTP, he comes across as such a genuinly retarded child with no ability to regulate his emotions. He is screaming and lashing out at everything all the time like an autistic toddler all the time, its hard to read as an adult. But it also goes with my theory that Hermione really isnt very smart, she is just average in a world of actual mentally disabled kids that all quit school at 11 or never went to school in the first place.

Some think he’s a glory chaser and put his name into the Gonlet of fire. Some think he’s making up Voldemort return and had media and even Ministry saying he’s lying. Add on gets major PTSD after Goblet and just uninterested in that shit

It doesn't make sense why the ministry hates him and dumbledore so much, and insists on being a satire on the worst of british government. And then it really doesn't make sense that harry goes on to work for the government as an adult resolution to all the ridiculous problems in wizard society
