We had the Infamous Iron Man arc in the comics when Doom decided to show he could be a better Iron Man than Tony. But this shit happens all the time, we had Ock as Spiderman in Superior Spiderman or that time Lex Luthor became Superman wearing armor with Supes logo in the chest. He also dressed as Batman because all comic book writers were molested as kids and their parents are cousins or something.

Oh man, I can't even begin to explain how hyped I am for this new MCU movie — I've been counting down the days for years, literally years. Every time I rewatch the old ones (which is, like, every weekend), it just reminds me how much these characters mean to me — they're basically like family at this point. I can't wait to see Iron Man (even if it's just a flashback, I’ll take anything!), Thor, Doctor Strange, and of course, my queen, my hero, Captain Marvel. She's just so strong and independent, like, she doesn’t need anyone, and that's so inspiring to me, you have no idea. Whenever I’m feeling down or overwhelmed, I just think to myself, "What would Captain Marvel do?" and it gives me the strength to get through another day. Honestly, when I finally see her on the big screen again, I’m probably gonna cry. It's been too long.

It's believable. When you've had a swath or most of Phase 4 & 5 just be an utter failure, you'd drop a ton of cash on the big name stars that were there when it was good to help course correct your cinematic universe death spiral. Will it work? We'll have to see if the gamble pays off later.
