Disney literally forgot about Andor. That isn't an exaggeration. They had so many projects, they thought they had canned Andor, and as such didn't interfere with the production. Season 1 is fantastic with a lot of great acting. Main complaints are about it being "slow" or not having a bunch of jedi or whatever in it.
