At this point it all depends on FF. If it makes money MCU bought a bit more time, if it fails then the brand is dead.

But generally if FF fails then the they have no more marketable current "heroes" to sell to the audience. The entire brand is wiped out.

Even if it was a made-for-tv movie it would not get any traction.
Capeshit only really works if there's spectacle involved and this felt so limp and low energy, literally a contractually obligated movie release.

A shame though since it ws actually a decent movie. The characters are endearing, they give Walker good writing, and Yelena is super cute. I'd say only Seb Stan was kind of phoning it in, but he's been in every single phase so far so no wonder he's tired of it.
