scary movie 2 has the best premise and the best characters but it goes to shit at the end and the Charlie's Angels scene becomes to silly
too dumb.
and then the invisible man part goes for too long.
like they didn't have a complete script or something, and they didn't know how to end it

2 is much weaker than 3 and relies much too heavily on gross out humor and badly dated references. The opening scene with james woods taking a shit is really emblematic of the entire movie.

But the first half with the guy in the chair, "the strong hand" and ray and the clown are such solid bits that it really stands out in the series imho.

it's so bizarre to watch scary movie 2 because the set up and first night in the haunted house are so amazing.
it truly is amazing and hilarious to meet the caretaker, the way he deals with meeting Sydney, te dinner scene. the cat fight, the little angry bird. the basketball scene.
the wheelchair race scene. hilarious.
the giant pot tree smoking shorty,
the clown rape,
but once they wanna hunt the ghost in the sewers or whatever the vibe changes.
it becomes kinda boring. aimless. doesn't have the script focus of the first half.
