How would you make a movie about the Death Valley Germans?

How would you make a movie about the Death Valley Germans?

Tasteless found footage alien abduction movie

jews are to blame

not to be callous but idk how people go missing in parks, maps are free at visitor stations

You have to be 18 to post here sonny

those areas are unimaginably huge and uninhabited and people usually are extremely shit at reading maps or orienting themselves in general.
add extreme heat or cold and you have the perfect recipe for a gullible city slicker going missing never to be seen again

whats so deadly about them? the lack of cell reception? lol

Europeans don't understand danger. They live to safely. When they come to South Africa they're always the people who get eaten by lions because they want closer pictures or get lost.

The European mind simply cannot comprehend danger look at the terrorists attack where the guy stabbed babies in France. The mothers just stood around looking at the guy until he started stabbing her baby then she realized ah oh. Europeans live so safely they are physically in capable of processing danger.

Europeans don't understand danger.

I think its more a case that people who spend their whole lives in urban areas like London dont understand the dangers of large spaces outdoors. The case of Dr Michael mostly is an example. He was a BBC presenter who advocated hiking and physical activity as a way of living longer and ended up dying when he went for a hike under very hot conditions in Greece.

Europe kind of feels like one huge urban place though. It's like city, city, city, dedicated park, city, city, dedicated nature area, city

This, it's either euros or jeets that end up getting rescued after doing dumb shit like trying to hike a national park in winter while only wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

t. kiwi

Vax status?

why didn't they use their iPhone with satellite texting feature to ask for help?

they were only 10 miles from a road, that's not middle of nowhere.

the murder hobos that inhabit them
and with doge cutting parker rangers further, expect more meth camps, illegal weed farms and murder hobo disappearances

10 miles from a road

in a desert

so, in the middle of nowhere.
but yeah, best thing they could have done is turn around and go back the way they came from.
instead they decided to abandon the road or whatever was left of it and kept going further off the beaten path.
retarded city slickers with zero sense of orientation

I wouldn’t make a movie. I would listen to those who did. And that’s what nobody did.

they die due to comically over the top deaths due to their lack of knowledge of american culture.
i dont like horror movies

a road

The road in question

dont forget how they cant handle heat. brits died to to heat exhaustion during a marathon a couple years ago and it was barely 75 degrees fahrenheit

stupid yuppies, that's less than my driveway length

lack of knowledge of american culture

it's not like they were killed by a bunch of darkies in downtown LA.
it's rather a lack of knowledge of the american geography, thinking "death valley" is named like that for funsies

I think the scale of the US throws them off sometimes, the family in the OP seemed to keep going in one direction assuming they'd run into something like the park wasn't as big as it was. You can get this sort of thing clearly when you talk about states like Texas or driving to and from other states and people not familiar with the states assume it's like Belgium to Germany or France where you can be right there in an hour or two

im thinking they find a fenced off building with the lights on thinking theyre saved and get shot because they couldnt read the “trespassers will be shot” sign

brits died

some brits died while hiking in spain a few years ago.
a boomer and his teenage daughter went out of the city towards the hills for a couple dozen miles at noon and died of heat exhaustion lmao

Poor kids. Why are boomers so retarded bros?

would be the most typical cause of death for gullible foreigners visiting the states and going off the beaten path.
but in this case they were just idiots driving into the middle of the desert during summer until there was no road left to follow, got their car totaled and tried to keep going on foot, having only a couple of beers for hydration.
parts of the parent's bones have been discovered in 2009, 13 years after they've disappeared.
the children's remains have never been found.

Death Valley is the literal hottest place on earth. What kind of stupidity does it take to go there without being prepared for it? Yes it’s in California but it’s also 100 miles away from anything foreigners think of as California
States here are like countries there and the western states are on another level it’s hard for even other Americans to understand sometimes. The idea that you can drive at highway speeds for 8 hours in the same direction and not cross a state line I think breaks the brains of people who don’t live here

I think the scale of the US throws them off sometimes

It does. If you look around you can find Euros asking about their trip plans to the US and they drastically underestimate distances and how long it takes to get places even on the interstate. If followed, they'll spend nearly their entire trip driving.

I wouldn’t make a movie
I’d listen to what they had to say
And that’s what no one did

we think the same thing about americans when their cardboard houses blow away in 40mph winds every year

kino

its a surprise you guys dont die in your brick houses either since every year fags clog up the catalog on other bordscomplaining about summer heat but refuse to get any type of air conditioning (comes standard in every cardboard box)

only 10 miles from a road

That's a 3+ hour walk in a straight line. At the human scale, that's the absolute middle of nowhere.

ok, that's not very far.

Okay retard.

some people couldnt do that on a treadmill in a gym with as much eater as they need

Part of it, but they very big. In the western ones the weather can change quickly on you with either a storm and flash floods or just the sun going down and the temperature dropping in the warmer months. In the cooler months some of the parks at higher elevation can get snowfall accumulation quickly. Also people under estimate how much water you need to consume.
