This is how mcu films are made, they test screen then the marketing and studio people make changes trial and error style. It's a shit way to make films but that's why they cost so much.

Movie reshoots aren't bad. it's the normal process of moviemaking. When editing the movie together, they'll come across things they missed or stuff they can add to make a scene better, and sometimes that means going back and shooting that stuff to add in later. Movies do this all the time. It's just that when Marvel does it, people think it means something bad.

They made Guardians of the Galaxy work, despite all logic saying that it wouldn't, and Aquaman was a running joke for decades, and they managed to make him kind of cool. Heck, there was a time when Lord of the Rings was considered unfilmable. It just takes the right creative team and circumstances, and some IPs require more than others.
