The vampire shit is sidelined unfortunately. When it finally happens its good, but Coogler really dropped the ball when it came to the human vs. vampire fight. It was badly choreographed and made no logical sense. Like there's thirty vampires, but when they finally attack, only O'Connell and the Michael B. Jordan vampire actually attack the six remaining survivors. The other twenty eight just pretend to do stuff in the background and it makes no sense.
