Why was he so butthurt?
Why was he so butthurt?
the sexual tension between him and mozart was palpable 2bh
mozart wrote too many musics with too many notes
Because no matter how hard he worked he would never be as good as Mozart. He got mogged by a guy half his age, blackpilling him with his very existence
It's more than that. He initially admired Mozart before he met him and found out he was a man child with no idea of how to act in public, so he felt insulted that such natural talent could have been handed to someone he considered completely unworthy of it while he himself could never match his output or attain the same level of acclaim and popularity no matter how hard he tried.
Yes it’s basically Goku and Vegeta dynamic
But Vegeta fucked Bulma.
He had an Apollonian artistic impulse whereas Mozart had a Dionysian impulse
I’m sure salieri was a slayer of choirboys in his day
Why would he kill choirboys?
Because he was stuck in such a gay fucking movie.
Not quite his tempo
The film also had sexual tension. Salieri chose to practice celibacy for god and music. When he met Mozart, Mozart was fooling around with some girl in court. Mozart hit on his singer crush he himself couldn't bone thanks to his commitment to celibacy. Finally, Mozart got himself s cute, supportive wife while Salieri both stayed alone and had inferior musical talent.
In the deleted scene Salieri could've coerced Mozart's wife into having sex with himself but he got distracted by reading Mozart's new, superior works.
Incel rage
he was a seething chud and mozart made his clitty leak uncontrollably
He was mad Mozart had a cute wife with nice big titties
Wolfy insulted him a little bit

too bad she had a face like a 10 year old
too bad for whom?
Haha yeah too bad
uhh based??
Yes. Terrible shame, that.
I hate youthful faces and fat titties.
Play Peter Griffin.
How do you respond without sounding mad?
obligatory
The movie is salieri's faith only a surface level. That's just a secondary point. The main point was that in the 1700s musical ability was seen as God speaking through the musician. All music was made in the name of god. Salieri was furious that God spoke through a perverted force of nature. Because he believed in god, that became his cross to bear. But Mozart on the other hand represents the new invading force of scientific renaissance because he's born a freak of nature. In salieri's head, Mozart was the perfect human creation that God was able to create after sculpting millions of mediocre and regular people. In actuality, Mozart was like the perfect congregation of biological forces to form a super human being. Salieri was confronted with the face of nature, which for religious people like salieri is the will of god. So his faith became his cross. Salieri's passion for music was spurred by wanting to be popular and being recognized for his music, but Mozart was an experiment of nature and was trained from a young age, he didn't spend time admiring other musicians from afar, he was already doing it as a 7 year old. So essentially, your passion will be your curse, if you are not gifted with the ability to realize it, and vice versa, your gift will be your downfall, because it is, in religious terms the force of god, and in scientific terms the force of nature which is destructive. Ultimately the force of nature, i.e mozart is an unstoppable cyclone that meets with an immovable object i.e his own natural ability which rapidly extinguishes his life. So he hurtles towards an early unmarked grave penniless because he was a genetic freak who had too many destructive forces of nature inside him alongside the forces of genius.
Literally just challenge him to a duel and kill him.
checked but murder is a sin
In modern language? Seething chud crab mentality
Out of 10
Pretty fucking informative, thanks for sharing
Have you seen the tits on his wife?
He had everything
Checked but it wouldn’t be murder
This was the moment that broke him. If Mozart had said anything else, he'd have been fine, but telling him his music was outright boring and simplistic was too much,.
whitest movie ever made
birth of a nationbros...
Joggers could never understand.
Didn't he write that piece specifically so nobleman could play it? Like it was written specifically to be simple? Sounds like an easy out for his self confidence.
It's actually a very jewish film, the entire thing is basically slandering one of the GOAT European composers.
Vegeta won
Very good take on Salieri and Mozarts characters in the film. The movie makes it very clear on why Salieri hated/envied and loved/appreciated Mozart. I guess zoomies just can't sit through a whole film with out having something explained to them
