Kill Bill is Tarantino's best film and is in my top 10 films of all time. If you don't like campy dialogue and over the top action then you are probably a homosexual.

It's weird how split the reception is for Kill Bill. You either love it or hate. Don't see a lot of people in the gray for it.

At the time I loved Part 1 but didn't like Part 2. Now I like Part 2 but don't care for Part 1

Part 2 was superfluous as well. It is not memorable, like Part 1 is.

That would be me. I can't deny how slick and stylish Kill Bill is, but it's very pathological, like most of Tarantino's work. It borders on a femdom BDSM fetish film, and I ain't into that shit. It's a cinematic ick.

All art in recent memory has relied on irony. It is as if you are an insider, who knows all the tricks of the trade, and who is able to make light of them.

Someday you will realize that the action in Revolutions is somehow even more kino than Reloaded.

Part 1 had a better build-up and climax, but Part 2 had better story. I enjoyed the whole Elle v B chapter and Pai Mai flashback than most of Part 1s stuff.

i watched revolutions for the first time in many years and i did enjoy most of the parts that werent zion. holy shit the zion stuff is lame

Not enough Matrix scenes. Zion is boring

For me it's the way they cut back and forth between Zion and the ship banking and flipping through the tubes on the way back to Zion. It's mindbogglingly good action direction. I used to be like you and find Zion boring so I don't begrudge it or think you're retarded but I'm just in a different place Matrix wise.

Part 1 is a tour de force. Part 2 is more of a slow burn. I can see people preferring one over the other.

I fully agree that it is a spoof of other films and if that makes me the guy who ruined Hollywood I really don't give a shit.
