I like the podcast I hate doctor who, it's not very regular though they've put out less than 20 episodes in nearly a decade. the starting premise of it was a doctor who fan takes someone who hates or is totally indifferent to it and tries to find an episode they'd like based on their favourite tv shows and movies. they kind of abandoned that rigid format after a few episodes and it's mostly now just a handful of regulars from other podcasts/youtube (like the infinitereview, they did a video about the doctor who cookbook ages ago) and watching one of the classic who stories.
