What I’ve started to realize about the people who like the prequels vs people who just like the OT is that prequel fans tend to usually be fans of the Star Wars universe and lore while fans of the OT are generally just fans of the movies themselves. Prequel fans tend to generally also be fans of the eu/clone wars/ books and I think that this causes them to fill in a lot of the plot gaps of the prequel with information outside of the films. I think that a lot of them will use this to rationalize a lot of the criticisms towards the prequels like the lack of detail about the senate and Jedi’s corruption or the weak motivations for characters like Grievous or Maul.

Most of the planet is different to all of the planet, and I dont see why hed need to be rich rather than just well connected or the government to be run weirdly. People dont just get to build whatever they want wherever they want and Coruscant is probably regulated to shit so theres room for something small like this being allowed to be built but nothing bigger. Also not sure how great the area its in is really supposed to be.
