But if gender is a fluid social construct based entirely on how you feel, you can't "transition" from one to another because that would imply that it's not fluid but solid with strict definitions. Gender is on a spectrum and therefore your gender is a personal "state" unique to yourself, and you can't change that otherwise that entire premise goes out the window.
