Isabella wasn't meant to die in the crash. Kimberly gets a vision that Isabella survives, so her baby being born didn't alter death's list.
Kimberly doesn't cheat death either. The films never delved too deep in it, but in the books by dying during your turn and being revived you get a new chance to live. Granted as a servant of death, inadvertently causing the deaths of others.
It doesn't matter anyways, all methods of escaping death are red herrings, FD2 is the only one that did that and they almost ret-conned it in FD3. There was that one deleted scene from FD3 where they spliced Kimberly and Burke on the train that minces Julie, Kevin, and Wendy into red paste. There was also the wood chipper newspaper article, but they cut that from the film as well.
FD4 and FD5 work more as standalone films, probably because the filmmakers weren't expecting much from the franchise, so no one lives. Bloodlines was planned as part of a trilogy though, so who knows, maybe we'll get actual survivors and new rules in the series.
