I don't bother with every episode. If an episode has Brennan and at least one other straight guy then it will get quite competitive and fun. The first noise episode immediately starts with them at each other's throats which I like. If an episode has all women in it then they cheer each other on and help with answers because they need to virtue signal about how nice they are.

They do a good job with the concept of the show, of essentially coming up with a new show each episode. And the contestants are talented at improv. The big issue is how they're all annoying gay communists, but I guess that's the price you pay for working with improv people.

towards the end they stop being competitive and work together and turn it around on the host, which ruins any competitiveness they were building up
