hey do you think jannies have a chant they all say to psyche themselves up before their shift?
Walmart failed in Germany, and when they sold the stores and moved out completely, they had lost over a billion dollars. They were just no match at all for the German competition.
Anyway, we had them for a few short years, and I remember once I was shopping there very early in the morning, and I had to get drain cleaner that was kept way in the back of the store. So when I was back there, I heard people chant, and I looked around and found a circle of Walmart employees in the farthest corner of the store doing some dancing and chanting ritual.
my face when
Back then they had American advisors coming over and micromanaging local staff and telling them how to do things.
I also remember the big court case from the Walmart in my town. Apparently a shelf packer had fallen in love with a cashier girl and they had a relationship. The guy was fired because Walmart policies don't tolerate personal relationship between the staff. The guy went to court and of course he won because companies have no legal right to interfere in personal relationships. I can't remember if they re-hired him or paid him a huge settlement.
Most, by which I mean like 99.9% of people, just want to go to work, clock in, do their job, clock out, and go home without expending any more of what little energy they have than absolutely necessary. They have zero interest in this team building morale "we are family" bullshit because they aren't paid enough to care.
Do Americans really do this?
I always throw the can at him and kite him around until you get outside
Nobody asked.
Holy fuck lmao
Yes they sell those special tarps for protecting ur sofa from ass juice at Walmart. OH SAY CAN YOU SEEEEE
Haha Costco would never
Haha oh man what is the context for this
I feel so bad for anyone who doesn't have a work from home job.
To be fair a lot of people simply aren’t uncomfortable being outside the home, and the labor is spiritually priceless
A lot of Japanese companies still do an exercise kind of thing in the morning. Kinda nice when they did it or or companies like Ford back in the day.
labor is spiritual
Cope for slaves
