The Doctor, Belinda, and Ruby go into the TARDIS and the Doctor and Belinda are as baby crazy as ever and plan to go on adventures with Poppy as their child. Ruby notices that things are going wrong and Poppy disappears. She tries to convince the Doctor and Belinda that things are wrong but they're not hearing it. Eventually they're back in the UNIT HQ and Ruby manages to convince the Doctor that something is wrong after Kate strangely says that everyone present is like the Doctor's children and that he wouldn't let the one life die. Being pressured into it, the Doctor shifts reality a smidge by pouring his energy into the TARDIS triggering the regeneration process to start, but before this 13 comes to wish him well and say how handsome he is with 15 saying she should confess her love for Yaz. He ends up in Belinda's back garden and meets Belinda now as a single parent that went through an amicable split up with her partner. He confirms that Poppy is human, gets the new memories of her always mentioning Poppy and goes off in the TARDIS to regenerate into Billie Piper.

I think after whatever special they do with Billie they need to go full Eleventh Hour and relaunch (not hard reboot, hard relaunch). That means new Doctor, new companion, new TARDIS, new music, new logo, new writers. Everything. They're still 16, continuity still exists - but it's just buried into the background again in place of NEW like S1 2005. No UNIT. No old Doctors or companions for at least 1 entire season (preferably 2+). You can use the Daleks but the story must not be reliant on an old episode. The Doctor should be an unknown, handsome yet quirky young white male lead. Attractive female companion (or two, friends). The first 3-4 episodes MUST be straightforward bangers too to build the audience (no Space Babies ever ever again). Ditch the woke as much as possible. The show needs to broaden it's appeal to new viewers again. No pressure!

Do a story about a Doctor that regenerates and doesnt want to bare the responsibility of saving the world anymore and just lives like a hermit in the tardis and forest. You could have a stort about two brothers who are orphans and they happen to come across a tardis thats overgrown with vines etc... They eventually find the Doctor in the end and discover he's an alien and try and get him back to saving the world again whilst almost making him a father figure to the brothers.
