Niya Edition

Niya.webm - 1920x804, 3.83M

Good Lord did whoever made that webm make her ass even bigger? I can smell her through my screen

Why are second seasons so cursed. This is the good part?
I felt like I cared more in episodes 1-3.

trandor

I'm enjoying cereal’s plot the most because there's some intrigue, but it's still full of things like cereal having to get into the office afterhours, so he goes "Come on, man, I have a presentation tomorrow" and the guard lets him in. Lots of stock scenes without any creative execution. I have no problem with stock scenes or stock characters or stock plots, but there has to be something else there to justify their existence. This show's writing is AGGRESSIVELY full of stuff like this but without clever variations to make them interesting and memorable. The actors are mostly all competent to good and the writing doesn't trigger your tin dialogue sensors, so I understand how people can get the impression Good Writing is happening. But none of this is interesting.

Another example is Cassian meeting his contact and doing the classic "You're careless. You don't know who I am" spiel. Stock scene, stock speech. Okay fine, as long as something else about it knocks my socks off. What is that thing? It isn't there.

IMG_1416.jpg - 686x386, 37.13K

What's the weight limit on that shuttle? You're asking a lot of that shuttle...

yo this is 5 episodes of finely honed boredom

Style over substance is it?

Writing is decent not great.

It's getting so much praise because other SW series and movies have toddler tier writing.

but there has to be something else there to justify their existence.

the ending we are building to is the justification. Without it, the ending would feel like Dave Filoni made it.

the mon plot is boring as fuck
i hate this concurring plots this tv show keeps skipping between the two
why cant disney come up with a better format??

Season 1: 9.8/10
Season 2 so far: 8.5/10

It's great but there are some slow points this season.

I got told that last season and got a stock riot finale

When you compare Andor to everything else Yidsney has done with this franchise, this is as good as it will ever get.

Do you think we'll see Mas Ameda this season?

Am I just retarded???
Every mon scene I feel like I'm missing something but I don't watch every bit of star wars media, only ep 1-6, some mandolarian...

I'm honestly surprised he wasn't the one leading the oath-taking ceremony in the Senate.

if you didn't like last season then there's no hope for you bro

If he wasn't in that senate scene in this section of episodes, then I doubt it

His Jewish mother is the worst, but I think that's intentional.

there's still a chance for when mon does her speech to split from the empire

Does Dedra love Syril or not?

She was thirsty at one point but she's married to her job

no

Needs camera shake when she is walking.

She fucks with the lights off.

she is a psychopath, she would allow him to be killed if it helped her goal.

Don't pilots have to be very fit in order to resist the effects of G-force?

she's a tech not a pilot

Then why did she stand up against Syril's mother who was belittling and controlling him?

because she needs him focusing on what she wants, not what his mom wants.

she wants to be the one controlling him, not his mother

daily reminder that Bix is Cassian's sister.

ONE HOUR OF MON MOTHMA DANCING TO THE NIAMOS CLUB REMIX

When she first appeared in Season One I Googled her and there were a bunch of people arguing about whether she was supposed to be Italian or Jewish. As it turns out the actress is Greek. It's a case of what I like to call the Med Mix-up, your classic Watto situation.

IMG_1421.jpg - 1280x720, 58.14K

She's actually British.

Aikaterini Hadjipateras

Ah, a real servant of the queen that one.

How did that beast get past the department of standards?

NGL, would overdose to any of the Niamos(!) mixes.

dedra will never peg you for one hour in the dark

we have to go back to the prison

I like the show and it's solidly written most of the time. I just think it suffers from pacing issues and some flat characters. I felt that mainly with the Aldhani arc but then that feeling made a return with the first arc of S2 with the Yavin stuff. And in the most recent episodes the Ghorman stuff gave me a similar vibe where the characters weren't very interesting and we spent a lot of time there spinning the wheels. Obviously some of this is set up for next week's Ghorman massacre arc though so hopefully some of that is alleviated. In fact all of these plots are important to the larger story on some level I just found the execution to be not as great as it could've been.

American here, is this British actor gay or meant to portray a gay character or is this just how the modern British man looks? I do not watch British television or cinema at all sorry.

Mon Mothma is drunk again, many Bothans died to bring us this information.....

002877663352.png - 1403x956, 797.05K

thats Mike's favorite character

He's American.

he's from Connecticut

X-Wings in attack position WHEN??

There was a time when I dreamed of being a Hollywood costume designer, and specifically for Star Wars. Seeing shit like this reminds me of how dead those dreams are, because fuck whoever is putting this kind of bullshit in science fiction.

ooof

Fellas, I'm starved for more SW content (yeah, I know). Only things I haven't watched are Skeleton Crew and Acolyte, is it worth it to watch while I wait for more Andor?

fuck that tune. literally cuts back to that scene like 5 times while the same exact tune still plays

Acolyte is kino after the third episode

I watched (for free) Ackolyte and didn't watch Skeleton Crew so I would say watch Skeleton Crew

there's a reason I quote the youtube video

I'm not even meming or anything, does anyone actually think this season is good the first 6 episodes have been complete dogshit compared to the first season.

Acolyte is annoying dogshit unless you sit in the cuck chair when the bull is over.

Skeleton Crew is a kiddy show but fun enough.

I mean it's okay. I'd think it was a lot worse if it was 1 episode week to week like S1. I think the weird romances between Bix/Ander and Syril/Dedra are dragging it down

when you watch the acolyte watch it from the female point of view and you'll see how kino it actually is.

5646546645.jpg - 948x601, 34.21K

>Skeleton Crew

Original plot (rare thing nowadays) with pirates, but TERRIBLE annoying kids (dumb nignog, 2 girlbosses). If you can handle the brats, worth one try. If you can't, no.

>Accolame

Hell NO. Its the cringiest retarded shit ever made. Just to go YT and watch the lightsaber battles. Rest (99%) is just cancer.

when you watch the Acolyte

No one did that or is going to

i have no idea what's going on, lads. i used to read all the novels, play all the games and stuff.

never seen the Clone Wars cartoons. i get there's this whole new canon. i can't tell when something is INTENTIONALLY sleuth/spy shit or just poor filmmaking decisions. The Empire has always had Americans, okay, fine. it's all-human, cool. mixed races? yeah, okay, it's humans in space.

but being gay is a whole separate thing. i'm guessing in the Star Wars setting, it's just considered ordinary. if that's the case, then why was the comms lady fake flirting with the moustache bloke? and if it's NOT the case, wouldn't it draw attention?

i need more pro-imperial shows from disney

Shouldn't you be taking your PrEP, faggot?

ha-gay-8.gif - 400x400, 2.46M

imagine Tony Soprano finding AJ watching The Acolyte

He's an American actor who moved to the UK and has dual citizenship from what I understand. It threw me because he still has the American accent.

Almost the entire cast of Andor are UK-based with a few Europeans thrown in like Stellan Skarsgard and the Ghormans being French or German. Which is probably half the reason he ended up in it. I think the only original character in the show played by an American/non-European is Bix The rest are only there because they're playing returning legacy characters like Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Forest Whittaker, Alan Tudyk and Benjamin Bratt. Maybe I missed a few but it's probably one of the least US-centric SW casts.

I'm midway through e5 and I don't think I can go on
it's so unfathomably boring
even on 1.4x it's so gruesomely slow
e4 was so mind bending boring I nearly fell asleep
give me some hopium that it gets better

paused.png - 1005x747, 769.05K

tuuuubes

If this show is too slow for you your only hope is in the chamber of a gun, because there isn't a cure for dopamine attenuation.

it's so unfathomably boring

learning cool lore is boring.

These Rebels and they're goddamn infighting. I don't see how they can win this war unless they get their shit together in the next arc.

Are we prepared for when the ISB/his waifu throws our boy /autismginger/ under the bus

this is your brain post marvel movies

Ben is ausie, so UK too.

ON PROGRAM!

Narkina 5.png - 1280x720, 875.13K

I know your dopamine receptors are fried, but you might also be an actual retard if you put the show on fast forward and expect it to get better. Speeding it up only causes you to make things worse by compromising the timing of the emotional beats, tension, build-up, delivery of dialogue, etc and you completely lose the intent and artistry.
Just play fortnite or something, zoomer retard.

I like season 2 but this is what it's missing. New and interesting characters with time to care about them, inside actual arcs that feel distinct.

ON PROGR-AAAH!!!

6273856285.png - 1802x846, 1.11M

He has a point. Some parts do drag on for too long. I can see someone falling asleep especially considering how late new episodes come out.

this, just relax and put your feet up and watch it and drink a beer and have some snacks while watching it, don't you know how to chill? I don't know how many gun battles and car chases you need per hour but this isn't the show for it.

Whats your favorite star wars ship?

For me its the Arc-170

you don't have to watch them at night the day they come out
you don't have to watch them at night any day beyond that
you don't have to watch all three episodes back to back to back in one sitting

We need bomber crew/Masters of the Air kino

what show was this from?

where is that from? rots deleted scene? tcw?

arc-170
grevious' bomber
eta actis 2

Star Viper, but Naboo ships are also *chef's kiss*

1200.png - 1200x1415, 1.1M

Skeleton Crew ended up being better than I thought it would be. In fact I'd say it's the best of the Mandoverse shows. The Acolyte was divisive. It's the Last Jedi of Star Wars streaming. But It had the best lightsaber fights of the Disney Star Wars era and the Stranger mogs Kylo Ren so I think it's worth watching over a lot of the SW streaming shows for that alone. But this is coming from someone who thought Mandalorian S1 was kind of bland and overrated.

Whats your favorite star wars ship?

random CGI artist made the animation for fun

you don't have to watch all three episodes back to back to back in one sitting

mfw I did this the past 2 nights, watching eps 1-3 from midnight until 3 am, then again last night with eps 4-6

I hate waking up at noon but it was worth it, had fun. Good thing I'm on vacation.

random CGI artist made the animation for fun

impressive, most impressive.

it's in some 'midwit' ground where i honestly think it feels like filler rather than some, 'ahhh, tasteful, grown-up pacing' thing.

it's a miniseries, they have Disney money, it's not about having ADHD or something. i can read a good book. this would be a fucking terrible book. wouldn't make a great play. it's a fairly slow and boring show. and it's a spin-off to a spectacular children's action-adventure film.

noooo you can't just criticize our heckin bureaucracy in space show

you don't understand just how deeeeppp watching non consequential characters speaking in faux French is!

I take it down to 1.2x or 1.1x when there's something interesting happening fagget.
Maybe your brain just can't retain information fast enough which is why you enjoy this watching-paint-dry self masturbatery pseudo-intellectual borefest.

Judging by your angry tone, indeed it does not get better.

Thanks for saving me 1.5 hours of dross.

Will we see Melshi in this season?

Capital/big ship: Raider and Gladiator
Small craft: Slave-1 and Ebon Hawk/Millenium Falcon (seems much more comfortable for long travels than any -wing).

thank you for your contribution to the thread nigger

First reply decides which Andor actress I jerk off to tonight.

Do you think we'll see Mas Ameda this season?

I thought we were going to see him or Sly Moore at the Imperial Ball scene. They mentioned Sly last season by name, and they mentioned the Grand Vizier last week. I wish we'd gotten more cameos at the party. Or at least more aliens.

If Andor S2 is boring then I don't know how you zoomers manage to retroactively enjoy Attack of the Clones.

which ship did Tarkin use to crush the 500 protesters?

Well what do you expect?
S2 has 4 arcs to set up the events of Rogue One. That's never going to be enough time.
If the first season happened all in one year, there should have been one year for each arc:
Season 1 - 5 BBY
Season 2 - 4 BBY
Season 3 - 3 BBY
Season 4 - 2 BBY
Season 3 - 1 BBY
Season 4 - Lead in to "A New Hope"
Simple as.

All I did was explain how speeding up a show literally makes it even less interesting. Kill yourself.

i'm 34. i'm watching a space fantasy programme that's a prequel series to a prequel film to a trilogy of kids films.

now that the line between television and film has been blurred a bit, 'prestige television', streaming, all that - they can just render as many X-Wings as they like - this would be a fucking terrible series of films. all flops.

Ebon Hawk, simple as. Second favorite would be the Hammerhead-Class Cruiser

Ebon Hawk.jpg - 1200x720, 76.72K

I don't like how back and forth it is so far, I'm only on season 2 but ffs pick a goddamned story line. It's called Andor, why am I seeing all these other stories that just aren't that interesting, I'm fast forwarding through the mechanic lady's story and the rich bitch senator.
So far, it isn't measuring up to season 1.

- Lead in to "A New Hope

don't fou mean rogue one

Well, aotc had lots of cgi that really kept your eyes busy.

You're welcome to go watch an episode of Bluey instead. Go bother the kids in that general instead of us.

anbore

So did Snyder's 300. That reliably puts me to sleep the same way.

Acolyte

The 2 sith characters Balen and Shin are good and interesting, the rest of it is just absolute garbage. They butchered Hayden, slowing him down so an old black lady could keep up with him.
But the Balen and Shin parts are worth it, you can simply skip most of it desu.

Season 1

Season 2

Season 3

Season 4

Season 3

Season 4

Am I having a stroke?

just play it in the backgroud while you browse the internet. its still the tail end of DEI slop so its not going to be that great yet.

Look how hard you're trying to push this reddit angle of this show being "SW for adults".

It doesn't measure in the slightest to the shittiest show HBO has ever done.
If that's the best they can do we're in trouble.

it at least attempted pathos.

lesbian space death was the only thing that struck a chord with me.

Andor going to Ghorman and finding out everyone there is a fucking retard feels exactly like me whenever I start a new job.

I remember "Angels in America". Andor is significantly better than that. Not great, not the best, but better certainly that Zazlov slop. Or have you forgotten how disappointing GoT was?

What kind of jobs do you work?

Or visiting Europe, for that matter.

I think Andor can be sluggish at times and some people let it off the hook for that because it's meant to be a prestige show and they think that's a feature. But what crystalized it for me was watching Chernobyl just before Andor S2 aired and being gripped the whole way through when that show was people talking in rooms mostly. There's definitely something about Andor that's always been a little off to me. Don't get me wrong it's a good show. But it's never been a 10/10 for me. I think like anons were saying it gets bonus points because it's Star Wars and it's generally well written.

Currently working in the college education system

forgotten how disappointing GoT was?

Only due to rushing at the end because of D&D being completely shitfucks.

It could easily have gone for 10-12 seasons if properly paced.

If both seasons of Andor were forced to tell their story in only 5 episodes like Chernobyl, I should hope the pacing issues most are mentioning would be resolved.

i've seen Bluey. actually seems quite pleasant. if i'd made the kind of life choices where i'd had kids instead of making this post, they'd be watching Bluey.

When does Kyle Katarn show up?

remember when Anon Babble wasn't just sucking off mindless slop like leddit

There are literal paid shills here these days my dude, and more cross-pollination from reddit, and way more concerted efforts to shape narratives
I will take this moment to add that they should stop pushing tons of obese and unattractive people into roles unless these qualities are important to the character. Who the fuck wants to be subjected to more ugliness in their life?

i'm midway through e4 and i 'm enjoying every moment of it so far
it's so refreshing and already states the obvious
even on 0.37x it's still invigorating
e4 was heart-shattering, terrifying, even that i nearly cowered when partagaz shouted

So she does love him.

Yeah season 2 hasn't actually introduced any new major characters. The Ghorman rebels come the closest but are barely fleshed out as individuals. The downside of condensing five years into one season probably. Gilroy talks about how it ended up being better but I don't see it so far. Three seasons would've been better. I understand five being overkill and taking years to make but three is more than half of that, it's also a trilogy. I feel like we're missing out on new characters with these year long time jumps.

Fuck that where is Jan Ors, my beloved? Is she safe? Is she alright?!

UPDATE: I tried to continue and now there's trans propaganda, and "Good morning Coruscant"

Kleya when Luthen isn't around

You get Jan Orso instead and she's white

They're not trans, they're just hags

Nigga its just ugly old women. Have you never watched Good Morning America or The View?

both of these are nonissue

the only thing I slightly dislike about the three episode per year arch is that the first episode always has to tell us where everyone is at

See women

Think about trans people

You're insufferable

I thought good morning coruscant was pretty cool. It totally fits in with star wars' occasion goofiness. Idk what you mean by trans propaganda. Didn't see anything remotely like that.

I can't believe The View is canon in Star Wars now. I was shocked Whoopi didn't show up.

It's just unconscionable how much time they've wasted with episodes 1-2 in S1 and 1-3 in S3, nevermind all the other random cul-de-sacs they go down
The production elements of the show are of almost uniformly very high quality, and most of the acting is quality too, but the plotting/pacing/writing does it a huge disservice

Yeah I think it's the way they've structured the season. Having the three episode arcs take place over a couple of days and jumping a year after is very limiting.

I'll take my chances with the half-Korean. This bitch is gonna hit the wall hard and her looks won't make up for the obvious BPD.

See ugly old women

Think trans fags

No.
If it wasn't obvious from my dizzying intellect, I'm European.

SE.png - 459x422, 342.14K

Go. Out. Side. Log off Anon Babble, the internet.

i don't understand the time and space of it all. in a film, i wouldn't give a fuck. they just go to the next planet, that's what happens.

in a television series like this, the 'slow pacing' should be travel. i just take it for granted now that anyone can teleport anywhere. Andor was in prison for a month, what was happening to Bix? she just lived in that torture room?

8.5 is too generous. this is a travesty compared to the first season. absolutely dropped the ball. for me:

S1: 9/10

S2: 6/10 so far

I think the production might hold the story back in some ways. Building all these massive sets and going on location means they want to spend more time in these places but not always to the benefit of the story. Mon Mothma's wedding alone is a huge set piece but it doesn't add a ton to the overall story for what it cost to make. We know from the last season that Mon sold her daughter off. The only major thing is Tay getting cold feet and Mon having to cope with that.

I'm sure they could retain that format but tighten it up and stop mucking about with useless scenes (lots of walking from place to place that doesn't really build tension or anything else). But in the end these 1 year gaps between arcs simply can't be as good as a story told with more focus. This is structured like a book but this is film.

mate this is just the same as the Life Day television specials in the Holiday Special.

the best thing to come out of this season so far is learning that Tarkin landed a ship on stupid protestors. everything else BORING AND GAY, and RAPE!

I'm European.

Well that explains your gayness

Oh sorry. I guess the directly comparable abject slop programming you'd have is any one of your government propaganda channels.

i wonder if George Lucas cries a little every time he remembers that he foolishly left terms like 'minutes' and 'meters' in the script.

I kind of want to see palps appear in this season. After seeing him again in ROTS recently I can't get enough of him. I just want to see how these everyday people react to him. Anyone who's ever interacted with him, outside his circle of devotees i imagine must think he's a fucking insane cultist. I'd love to see what kind of deprived things he's able to get away with now that he's emperor. I doubt it'll happen though..

a couple of years from now the Emperor will 'dissolve the council permanently' and 'the regional governors will have direct control over their territories'.

the original novelisation idea is that the actual Emperor didn't matter: just some dude, the Empire as an organisation was what counted. it's like we've gone back to that, instead of having the evil wizard grandmaster.

He has to get laid at some point in this season for Rey to exist

Andor does literally nothing in season 2

What did Tony Gilroy mean by this?

that pit hair on bottom left

What the fuck, that's disgusting, that's more than I have.

That still sounds retarded lmao

armpit hair on women is hot, you uncultured pig

I swear only Luthen, Andor, Bomb Boy, Kleya, Saw and Cinta (RIP) are ready and willing to get anything done

now there you made a mistake
I may not know much about spheres, but I know a lot about roofs

Almost as horrible as screws and bricks

Hair on the human body is natural and normal

Well everyone's just going to fucking die

Why is no one talking about the real life pigeons used on Ghorman?

their necks were inflated, making them alien space pigeons

I forgot how much I love Star Wars

That was the worst fucking episode of them all
And that's the one highest rated on IMDB LOL

This entire 3 hour blueballing borefest for this absolute fucking nothingburger

holy fucking shit this is the most pathetic shit I've ever seen

How in the fuck did they fall off from from S1 so badly

I will NEVER watch this shit again

But I will be back next week to tell you my superior thoughts about the next piece of shit 3 episodes.

natural and normal means you're not taking care of yourself

Just admit you have a weird fetish.

Is this show good? been looking for a show to watch lately

Clearly cancel 2-3 more seasons so you can speedrun through the series since it doesn't do well viewer wise and the cast will become 50 year olds by the end of it otherwise

Still have pointless filler

Both of these fucking 3 episode drop arcs could have been hour long single episodes

named character dies

episode gets high rating for some reason

A tale as old as time.

its not good, its excellent.

Bix is a drug slut now

Dedra is a cunt

Vel is a dumbass

Mon Mothma is an alcoholic

All this talk about stronk women but these chicks seem like terrible people

This shit was so contrived.

If you the don't give a fuck about Star Wars don't watch it

The first season was pretty decent. The second season has been mostly terrible.

can't meme carrot

I'm starting to think Star Wars is fucked

Shakespearebros.... we are not beating the allegation, are we?

no, because they're avoiding prequel cringe like the plague, as they should

ok
I like star wars
many such cases
I'll watch your show, Anon Babble

Why is Andor so afraid of having Alien main characters?

Say whatever you want about Mandalorian for being a shit overhyped show but at least they realized that having aliens in a fucking Star Wars setting is a good idea

Instead we just get brown people over and over more brown people that can't fucking act

We see X-Wing but we never see the pilots which is kind of weird.

Would you?

sly moore.png - 362x456, 315.18K

she has a plan for him already - to die in that insurrection the isb is starting on ghorman. she just doesn't want his mother getting in the way.

its probably just a budget thing desu, its far easier to get high quality human actors to deliver lines than redubbing aliens authentically in post and making it look good. star was has always had this problem, they just had the budget to mask it

Damn. Maybe I'm just as autistic as Syril is, but I really was hoping they had some sort of real connection.
I mean narratively, what's the point of making a new character like Dedra a heartless cunt when 99% of high ranking imperials are already heartless cunts? Thought it would be interesting if she were more than that.

I'll watch your show, Anon Babble

you better

Why is Andor so afraid of having Alien main characters?

The same reason why OT and PT. Great emphasize to the actors faces.

Mandalorian

All main character except of Yeed are humans.
You can look at Dawson performance in Ahsoka to see the effect of huge facial make up on acting capabilities (either this or Dawson cannot act)

i just liked the synchronized rave dancing in this instead of just everyone spazzing out like normal raves. god i wish we party in a more sophisticated way

Andor is unlike any Star Wars media ever created. It’s brutal and made to make us uncomfortable. However, a moment in season 2, episode 3, caught many off guard.

Bix Caleen (Adria Arjona), Cassian’s friend and a Ferrix refugee, who was already suffering from PTSD from Imperial torture in season one, is attacked by Imperial lieutenant Krole. He first attempts to coerce her by threatening her illegal status. Then when she refuses him he tries to rape her.

There is a merciless fight between the two. Bix screams, and an Imperial officer outside does nothing. The audience doesn’t know who will win the fight. She does eventually kill the lieutenant. Bix screams, “He tried to rape me!”

This is a first for Star Wars. Star Wars is also sexless by nature. There hasn’t been any consensual sex on screen.

There has been an implication of assault with Leia in Return of the Jedi and Qi’ra in Solo, but everything is off-screen.

While Andor is the most violent and realistic Star Wars project, the moment shocked many. The only warning on Disney+ was “intense violence, " which is a warning given for other episodes.

CONT.

In Star Wars, we are used to people losing limbs (mostly Skywalkers), blaster shootouts, and lightsaber duels. We are prepared for even Andor’s hyper-realistic violence with the TV-14 rating.

Many people have used Star Wars as an escape since childhood. While Star Wars doesn’t owe us to keep it that way, a more detailed warning would have been given to those who find assault triggering.

“I mean, let’s be honest, man: The history of civilization, there’s a huge arterial component of it that’s rape. All of us who are here — we are all the product of rape.” Tony Gilroy told the Hollywood Reporter. “I mean armies and power throughout history [have committed rape]. So to not touch on it, in some way … It just was organic and it felt right, coming about as a power trip for this guy. I was really trying to make a path for Bix that would ultimately lead to clarity, but a difficult path to get back to clarity.”

Like Gilroy said rape is sadly part of human history. It’s also part of our daily lives. According to the CDC, over half of women and almost one in three men have experienced sexual violence involving physical contact during their lifetime.
Disney+ needs to include an additional warning at the beginning of the episode to help future viewers.

Oh please, this show has budget out the ass. If the showrunners wanted prominent alien or droid characters, they could've gotten them. And it's not like they all have to be CGI. There's plenty of Star Wars aliens that are just regular people in costumes or prosthetics/make up.
No, the showrunners just didn't want to do it.

Who's the blonde woman with the massive nose again? I forgot her name.

no judges handing out harsh sentences

watch the show, tard

what is she doing with her neck here? maybe vader chokes her out? I was thinking cyril probably gets killed in the massacre too possibly
there are at least 2 scenes in the trailer so far I've seen that are from it once is stormtroopers running out another is black armored riot troops (thinking cyril is the froze up one in the center)

before I close this post; I saw two scenes I think will be from the last episode - Saw looking through his window at a star destroyer, krennic looking through his window at the death-star. Makes me think they'll do a "fates" or "where they're going" style closeout during the finale

safe room.png - 1364x570, 766.34K

so you admit it then. America is literally worse than the empire under emperor palpatine.

Well I think this scene explains some stuff now

She loves him deeply but is afraid to admit it because it makes her vulnerable.
She's afraid to have anything precious lest it be taken from her or used against her.
She needs to be in control, because she's afraid; even though Syril is her protector and being with him makes her feel happy and safe, she can't give in to those feelings or else she'll lose her edge (and be vulnerable).

She would have before he rescued her. Now he's the only person can trust, that she can believe in.
She tells herself she's using him, but she would never use him as a stepping stone.
If she did sacrifice him, it would be some sort of "this is my only move in a world of losing moves" and she would be devastated and probably extract some kind of revenge.

kek, whoever shopped that to make her butt twice as big is a genius

I don't think that's shopped, anon

I don't think that's edited.

maybe vader chokes her out?

No, Its Sheev

Can we talk about the sassy gay Imperials?

"Don't worry, your friends will think I'm just flirting with you."

No, I don't think they're going to believe that one.

Background: Krole was a human individual who served as a lieutenant for the Galactic Empire. In 4 BBY, the lieutenant harassed the human Bix Caleen and later attempted to sexually assault her while doing overseeing audits on the planet Mina-Rau. In the process of trying to force himself on Caleen, Krole was killed by her with a wrench.

people.com/andor-adria-arjona-breaks-down-filming-star-wars-first-assault-scene-11720539

In a first for the franchise, Star Wars' Andor depicted an assault scene in season 2's episode 3
Adria Arjona, who plays Bix in the series, says filming the scene was "challenging," but she "felt incredibly safe and cushioned in the process of doing it"
As a defense technique, Bix told the predator she was married to Diego Luna's character, Cassian

Although the show is set long ago in a galaxy far, far away, Star Wars’ Andor is not shying away from modern-day issues.

In a first for the franchise, a storyline in season 2 depicts an attempted rape against Bix Caleen (Adria Arjona). In episode 3, while Bix is alone in her home, Imperial Lieutenant Krole (Alex Waldmann) pins her down while performing an audit on the planet.

The officer tells Bix, a refugee, “I know you’re illegal. We’ve been counting visas. It’s a tough spot for everyone.” To avoid turning her in, Krole offers sex in exchange for freedom.

She begged the officer not to do this before forcing himself on her. Bix resorted to self-defense, hitting the office with a wrench before a full-on fight.

people.png - 1322x860, 511.02K

Do you think we'll get to enact this scene in an Andor Lego video game?

To avoid turning her in, Krole offers sex in exchange for freedom.

he tried to be nice to her.

Feeding the algorithm

It could possibly be the most shocking Andor scene ever, made all the more shocking by the fact that it was happening in a Star Wars show, of all places.

In the just-released episode 3 of Andor’s second season, Bix Caleen (Adria Arjona) was cornered by Imperial lieutenant Krole (Alex Waldmann), who was conducting an audit and told her, “I know you’re illegal. We’ve been counting visas. It’s a tough spot for everyone.” He then essentially tried to blackmail Bix into sex, but she refused, saying, “Please don’t. Please, I’m begging you. I said no!”

Instead of backing off or arresting her, the officer then attempted to force himself on Bix. Bad idea. During a brutally physical brawl, Bix whacked the lieutenant multiple times in the head with a wrench — killing the rapist, and then his driver, too, for good measure.

Alright, we get it.

I love the “normal” stuff. Worldbuilding is fun. My favorite series is ASoIaF. I probably also have a bit of the tism

The ginger is married with children you retard, Luthen threatened them in S1

stand aside cunts

b-wing.jpg - 1560x878, 270.53K

All the romance stuff is written so awkawardly. The brown guy and thath white girl on farm planet

Cassien and Bix

Syrril and Dedra

Mon and her husband

Cinta and Val

Its really weird how none of them feel like actual couples in love. Cassien has more chemistry with that Droid.

Is it ever explained why droids dont pilot most ships? I feel like thats cheaper than feeding a billion humans and training them.

performs weird ancient ritual to suck the cum clean out your dick

hell yeah

Maybe it's her species

Why does the empire need to create a fake revolution? Thet literally arrest people for fun. Just fucking invade and steal the minierals. This show really needs the prescenece of Jedis or some galactic police. How the fuck is the empire doing all this.

Nothing like cum clean shaft and balls

there's a new season already?

something about Andor that's always been a little off to me

Because its about a character that is dead and a story that we know the end to. Making endless fucking prequels is cringe.

S1

2 rebel niggers get dropped dead unceremoniously

other rebels move on cuz its war

S2

annoying pajeeta dies

NOOO SHE WAS A WHOLESOME CHUNGUS WARRIOR HOW DARE YOU

>S2

>annoying pajeeta dies

>NOOO SHE WAS A WHOLESOME CHUNGUS WARRIOR HOW DARE YOU

Because she wasn't even killed in action. And Nemik's death deeply affects Cassian futher.
